Call Scoring and Coaching
* Monitor Adult and Graduate Admissions Counselor calls and collaborate with Associate Vice President for Adult and Graduate Enrollment to ensure that each Admissions Counselor receives the requisite number of scored calls each month
* Develop and execute a system for evaluating the quality and consistency of Academic Success Coach student interactions
* Conduct regular (weekly or bi-weekly depending on counselor level, tenure, and performance) call coaching trainings with each Adult and Graduate Admissions Counselor.

Training and Staff Development

Plans and directs the training of student-athletes, and assesses individuals' abilities and skill levels to determine appropriate team positions. Conducts in-season and off-season team practice and conditioning programs including skills training and weight and conditioning training.
Works closely with the Athletic Director Dean of the College of Integrated Studies, and other school administrators, faculty, and staff to assure student-athletes are academically eligible for a given sport.
Assists in assuring compliance with National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) rules and regulations for the specific sport. Closely monitors academic, conduct and physical requirements for each student-athlete. In collaboration with the campus Athletic Director, completes and maintains records and statistics for accurate, mandatory reporting to the NJCAA and regional regulatory agencies.
In collaboration with the campus-level Athletic Director, prepares and manages the budget for a specific sport.
Assists in the development and implementation of meaningful professional development activities designed to enhance the skills of all Athletic Department personnel.
Enforces both NJCAA and the college's academic, student and athletic code of conduct. Supervises the student-athletes during practice, contests, and travel. May drive college vehicles or college leased vehicles to and from scheduled contests.
In collaboration with Athletic Training staff, coordinates the care, rehabilitation, and safety of athletes including reporting of incidents and injuries to the appropriate College and District personnel.
Potential to run and organize youth summer campus
Performs related duties as assigned.
Works collaboratively with and may potentially hire/appoint an assistant coach.

The College of Integrated Studies enrolls approximately 600 students who are completing the first two years of their undergraduate program. Complex Directors are an integral part of the Residence Life program for University Housing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Complex Directors oversee all management functions of a residence hall complex including supervision of staff (a graduate Assistant Complex Director, Resident Assistants, and clerical support), advising student leadership groups, facilities management, and crisis response. Complex Directors' primary goal is to work closely with an Assistant Director to create a living, learning community that fosters academic success, embraces pluralism and promotes personal growth in a department that values individual staff members' work/life balance, which is particularly critical for those in live-in positions.

* Assume responsibility for the student conduct process within the hall(s). Meet with students, assign appropriate educational sanctions, and maintain accurate records associated with this process.
* Manage the early alert for academic success retention efforts for your complex which includes using assessment data to implement programs and coordinate academic based interventions and referrals with at risk students identified.
* Responsible for collaborating with the Learning Community office and managing any Residence Life learning community initiatives that may happen in the hall. Note: Not all residence halls have learning communities.
* Coordinate the opening and closing procedures for the residence halls at the beginning and end of each semester and during holiday periods.
* Maintain contact with custodians and maintenance personnel and work cooperatively with facilities staff to report damage, repairs, and replacements occurring within the halls.

* Provide training and resource information to develop and implement programs.
