Administration, configuration, monitoring, and support and maintenance of a broad range of network, server, application, data storage, media, and computing devices related to delivering IT services to meet the needs of the business. Takes full responsibility for administrative activities related to systems and ensures that optimum performance and availability essential to business operations are maintained.
Performs administrative and technical procedures for implementing changes, modifications, upgrades, additions, and deletions to systems components related to hardware, operating systems, applications, and software.
