As a Data Science Associate, you'll utilize quantitative & statistical techniques to drive business-model and product innovation for Via. This is an entry level role and we will consider exceptional applicants without prior work experience. About the Role: * Building and closing high-impact partnerships with city governments, transit agencies (like the MTA), and private operators that take complex public-sector transit systems from planning to real-world deployment. * Designing winning go-to-market strategies for complex public-sector and enterprise buying environments, including multi-stakeholder, multi-year sales cycles * Creating compelling, data-driven business cases that show how Remix improves ridership, equity, sustainability, and financial performance for each region * Acting as a trusted advisor to city leaders and mobility operators as they design future transit networks, identify funding mechanisms, and navigate political and operational constraints * Being the public face of Remix in your market, from conference stages to boardrooms to local press, helping define how modern mobility is understood in your region * Feeding market intelligence back into product and strategy, influencing what we build based on what cities and operators actually need (see how Remix does this) About You: * 6+ years of experience closing complex, consultative deals in sales, business development, or strategy (ideally in enterprise, government, infrastructure, or tech-enabled services) * A track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals where outcomes are driven by trust and influence * Strong analytical and storytelling skills; you know how to turn data, policy, and customer needs into a clear, compelling commercial narrative * Curious, resourceful, and comfortable in ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect information to start moving * A natural leader with excellent judgment: you know when to push, when to listen, and when to rethink the strategy * You thrive in high-ownership environments where you're trusted to run your market like it's your own business * Experience in transportation, mobility, or public-sector sales is a plus, but not a requirement Compensation and Benefits: * Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. The Enterprise BDR is a marketing role with some sales-related responsibilities. You will support Via's growth by generating meaningful engagement with our top prospects and customers. You will work closely with the commercial teams to create account plans, then focus on account penetration: creating buying committee maps, doing research, and conducting targeted engagement (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to articulate the value of Via's market-leading transit solution and facilitate meetings. You are part of Via's Demand Gen team, and will collaborate closely with others to supplement broader demand generation efforts. This role requires excellent reporting skills, strong writing and storytelling capabilities, and facility with tools to scale research and outreach. You will play a critical part in the pursuit of our mission to create equitable and affordable access to public transit in communities around the world. What You'll Do: * Generate engagement and foster relationships with key accounts through multi-channel outreach. * Research accounts and individuals within those accounts. * Become an expert on Via's product portfolio, clearly conveying the right value proposition and capabilities to the right audience at the right time. * Manage your own pipeline using our CRM tools and tech stack, with an eye towards prioritizing high value opportunities and improving processes for scalability. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals by consistently staying on top and ahead of quotas and KPIs. Who You Are: * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience. * Background in ABM, B2B marketing, or as a BDR/SDR. * Excellent written and verbal communicator. * Detail-oriented and thorough, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. * Hungry to learn; you are excited to get to know the transit industry, the Via buying audience, and our product portfolio; you receive and implement feedback well. * Organized and independent; you're both an individual contributor and a team player. * Passionate and resilient; you're not deterred by setbacks and enjoy the process of building relationships over time. * Analytical: able to track campaign-related data and use it to improve campaigns.
