Blue Ridge Community College seeks a professional and efficient Payroll and Leave Administrator. This position is a part of the Human Resources Department. The Payroll and Leave Administrator is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and State/VCCS policies. This role oversees leave administration including monitoring and reconciling employee leave accruals and balances, while providing guidance on leave entitlements and policies. The position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to resolve payroll and leave related issues promptly. As a part of the Human Resources Team, this position is also involved in the recruitment process as an active participant on College Search Committees, serving as an HR Representative to ensure effective, fair, and compliant recruitments.
