PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Recruiting Coordinator will be primarily responsible for assisting with the hourly recruiting process by screening qualified candidates through the job offer process and ensure pre-employment tasks are complete, such as hourly new hire data entry, validating rehire status, job previews, and paperwork completion for our hourly employees. This role implements staffing strategies to attract qualified candidates and establish Wayne-Sanderson Farms as an employer of choice in the poultry industry. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Assist with the management of applicant tracking within Workday ATS system; review all applicant records, disposition candidates in a timely manner and follow up with leads on any unresolved candidate statuses to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance function across assigned location/complex to assure that machinery is functioning in an optimum manner and buildings and grounds are well maintained. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Truck Driver is responsible for exercising safe driving practices ensuring the safety of the public while operating a commercial motor vehicle to either transport live poultry from growers to the processing facility or poultry feed to / from growers in a safe and secure manner. This role is responsible for compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) safety rules and regulations and all company policies, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations. Perform and document pre-trip inspection (i.e. tires, oil, fuel, lights, breaks, hoses, etc.). Assist with loading and unloading trailer as necessary. Ensure secure load before movement. Maintain proper documentation (i.e. equipment, time, trips, weight, etc.). Clean and wash truck as necessary. Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Poultry Processing Supervisor supervises production line/ department personnel to ensure all procedures are followed in compliance with Company policies (i.e. HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, etc.) and Federal and State regulations (i.e. USDA, OSHA, etc.) while achieving the highest level of productivity and maintaining customer specifications and satisfaction.
