Overview:
The RPAS will be expected to achieve a level of expertise enabling him to perform startup, demonstration, and diagnose operational application issues. The RPAS is expected to become a liaison with the customer and Brandeis personnel in an effort to be proactive in expediting solutions for customers. The RPAS will work closely with the sales reps to coordinate demos, startups and product application training with customers in their territories. The focus of the RPAS will be to build relationships with job foremen, crew superintendents, and other operations personnel of the targeted accounts in order to be a resource for these individuals and provide assistance needed to help promote and support our products. Perform warranty due diligence, explanation and documentation.

3. Perform Machine inspections at regular intervals.

4. Assist in creating and maintaining CRMseries customer and machine computer data based information

Job Description

This position involves working with advanced pharmacy systems and technology to ensure medication accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
Manually fill prescriptions and package medications for distribution.
Replenish medications for automated dispensing stations and stock packages.
Maintain pharmacy systems and technology, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates for pharmaceuticals.
Calibrate machines and apply settings to minimize breakage.
Troubleshoot pill cell issues to maintain continuous production.
Track medication inventory and ensure stock rotation on a first-in, first-out basis.
Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical counts for inventories.
Support facility reporting and paperwork to ensure productivity and pharmaceutical integrity.
Ensure fulfillment of pharmacy prescriptions in an automated central fill pharmacy.
Verify pharmaceutical product and quantity for prescription orders.
Label prescriptions and prepare packages for distribution.

Work Environment
This is a newer facility with heavy automation practices, operating as a closed-door pharmacy. The environment is fast-paced, requiring a high level of attention to detail. Employees must be able to stand all day in one spot. Work schedule includes 4-day, 10-hour shifts, with 1st shift from 5:45 AM to 4:15 PM and 2nd shift from 4 PM to 2:30 AM. Most 2nd shift positions include a Sunday and Friday. The facility is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Approximately 200 personnel are onsite, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and shipping/receiving coordinators.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.50/hr.
