You will contact leads, schedule gym tours and success sessions, and play a key role in helping new and existing members take the next step in their fitness journey. Why This Role Matters You are the first point of contact for new members and clients. Every appointment you set directly impacts our growth, the success of our sales team, and the experience of our members. This is not a front desk job. Schedule & Environment Full-time, 3840 hours per week Monday through Thursday, 10 AM 7 PM, Friday 10am-2pm 80 percent on-location / 20 percent remote (depending on monthly targets and in club events) Optional Saturday call block (10 AM 2 PM) for additional commissions Responsibilities Contact new and existing leads by phone, text, and message. Schedule membership consultations for the Sales Manager. Schedule success sessions for the Fitness Director to deliver training and program upgrades. Confirm all appointments to maximize show rate. Follow up with no-shows and rebook them promptly. Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and results in the CRM. Participate in weekly performance and coaching meetings. Documents evaluations and plans of care, according to department policy including goals, modifications of treatmentplans and athlete's response to treatment. Evaluates and assesses referred athlete. Implements effective treatment methods to achieve treatment goals. Instructs athlete and/or family members in performance of treatment, activities, or home care. Provides emergency care including Cardio pulmonary Resuscitation. Takes responsibility for daily schedule of event coverage and clinical provision of care.
