Purpose:
Act as office management lead for Billings, MT small office location (with remote support to Bismarck, ND sister office). Key responsibilities surround supervision/ facilitation of all property maintenance (including liaison with property owner), coordination/ management of team member's individual safety requirements for client site badging in 3rd party systems, management of necessary job safety supplies, administrative tasks to support project teams, and facilitation/escalation of necessary IT tickets and support with remote IT teams.
Responsibilities:
Facilities
* Liaise with local team members on an ongoing basis to ensure that all building maintenance issues are being reported and resolved in a timely manner. Coordinate any items needing attention with property owner and his preferred local contractors and supervise work is completed satisfactorily. Act as primary communicator with property owner and build key relationship.
* Perform and document bi-monthly inspections.
* Compile annual Excel facilities budget for Billings and Bismarck offices. Coordinate with US West Facilities Manager. Control and report on monthly facilities and supplier expenditure.
* Review and enter all invoices via ticket to Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
* Organize and place orders for any needed office/ bathroom supplies, break room snacks, kitchen supplies, etc.
* Coordinate social functions (potlucks, holiday gathering, etc.). This includes development of budgets for approval, as applicable. Submit expense reports, as necessary.
* Identify any facilities issues highlighted requiring further investigation. Develop for approval and / or manage the expenditure of maintenance projects within budget.
* Ensure that floor plans are updated.
* Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to keep building safe (includes AED and fire extinguisher inspections, setting up first aid/ CPR safety training for office emergency response leads, etc.).
* Maintain office and responsibilities in the most cost-efficient manner. Review the current budget and provide recommendations to local Operations/Portfolio Director and USW Facilities Manager, as applicable, on any optimizations, potential for energy savings, etc.
* Ensure furniture meets needs of staff and is maintained and ergonomic, hang white boards, etc.
* Work with the local Operations/Portfolio Director to manage the staffing forecasts against available space. Support Hot Desk initiative and train new staff to use the system/app, as needed. Monitor hot desk locations for furniture, monitors, etc.
* Provide appropriate planning solutions to senior management for future office requirements / moves.
* Work with the R3 coordinator and Operations/Portfolio Director to ensure all location emergency provisions/ procedures are in place.
* Manage building security system. Identify any possible security issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Inspect building cleaning and communicate with cleaning company.
* Maintain company cars.
* Maintain laser scanning equipment by supporting team's direction for annual calibration, maintenance, shipping to project locations, etc.
* Assist with coordination of telephones; communications; conference room IT equipment; photocopiers, etc.
* Work with internal Worley parties to ensure utility usage data is shared for the facilities.
Safety
* Maintain spreadsheet of client site access/ badging requirements.
* Maintain employee safety/ badge qualifications statuses per client site. Monitor this and notify employee when expirations are approaching in case updates are desired by team.
* Assign training in required client and 3rd party systems as needed. Update credentials in client systems for badging requests.
* Manage employee drug and alcohol screening and background checks.
* Maintain safety gear and supplies to support team members' trips to client sites.
* Schedule and conduct office fire drills.
Administrative
* Support team travel arrangements, if needed.
* Purchase and coordinate sympathy cards and arrangements.
* Assist employees with timecard issues.
* Keep Office Playbook updated with important employee information.
* Request Certificates of Insurance (COI) from Worley contact for Billings and Bismarck clients.
* Design, order, and manage yearly holiday cards for clients. List is coordinated with portfolio managers.
* Coordinate miscellaneous orders for lunches, catering, etc. for team/ client lunches. Submit expense reports.
* Manage FedEx shipments and mail for office.
* Have aptitude to cross-train in document control, if opportunity presents.
IT Interface
* Facilitate IT tickets (input into Worley system) to assist team members. Escalate to key Worley IT staff, if needed.
* Upon identification of Billings connectivity/ server issues, expedite submission of ticket and notification of IT support. Monitor status. Act as onsite conduit to help desk/ IT. Communicate with Billings office with updates.
* Receive computers to Billings office for new hires. Help support set-up of monitors and basic equipment.
* Assist employees with basic computer issues and support interim needs, where able, based upon what Billings office has in inventory (headset, charger, etc.).
* Work with IT on stockroom/server room audits. Act as the coordinator to provide office access with 3rd party IT support when Worley assigns.

The BTR Project Engineer (H-Level) is a key role which is accountable for the delivery of engineering objectives for new projects and plant improvement initiatives. The role provides process & operation optimization/ continuous improvement and process safety rigor expertise for the BTR Engineering Team.
This position includes developing process safety resolutions to mitigate hazards and reduce operational risk, developing solutions and implementation of projects in the Infrastructure, capital, CI and MAX (manufacturing perfection) realm to both improve and optimize the Americas PU manufacturing operations in alignment with global targets and KPI's.
The project engineer scopes, designs, and implements medium to large scale (lubricant industry) capital projects within the annual CAPEX Plan in accordance with BP engineering technical standards, CVP process, as well as BP Lubricants CAPEX processes and controls standards. Provides functional expertise on development of operating standards within the engineering department. This role will provide engineering and leadership support to develop & appraise conceptual engineering solutions, as well as support the transitioning of these concepts into detailed engineering, execution and operational delivery.
Key Accountabilities
Support the greater Castrol Americas business and Americas GSC by participation in multi-functional teams to optimize the manufacturing operations and support customer delivery.
Maintains and reports on the roadmap for the factory of the future and works with the PU engineering and global engineering leadership to develop, deploy and implement solutions.
Supports the assurance that BTR assets/equipment/systems operates in the most efficient and optimized manner within the specified design parameters accounting for variability in product and operating characteristics.
Ensures that the process operates to deliver quality, safety and environmental objectives
Takes part in Process safety reviews, risk assessments and action item resolution plans to mitigate safety hazards and reduce operational risks
Review / endorse Technical MoCs for process and digital/control system strategy, including the development of inherently safer process engineering, automation controls and interlocks as well as operational management solutions
Owns the front end engineering and process safety evaluations for projects. Provides technical/ engineering design and supports operational process development for new products. Acts as the lead engineering Project Lead for small to medium CAPEX investment initiatives for the country.
Provides process & operational optimization/ continuous improvement expertise, and process safety rigor leadership (i.e. mitigate hazards and reduce operational risk) during the conceptualization, development and design of new projects and plant improvement initiatives
Provides support for the regional engineering team on translating BP/ industry/ regulatory standards, policies, and procedures into practice for the local team.
Provides support for Sr. Project Engineer and Engineering Manager on major CAPEX project initiatives within assigned sites, coordinating scope reviews, bid reviews, and project execution and organisational change oversight, on behalf of the Sr. Project Engineer, as required or prescribed with the project scope and in accordance with the Project Resource Allocation Matrix (RAM).
Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing, process design, control narratives, safety, and construction for the chemical, petro-chemical, and/or food industries, including minimum 3 years experience in an operating manufacturing facility
Experience must include proven capability and awareness of (from scope development to implementation) of execution of engineering projects & solutions.
Knowledge and capability to identify and access relevant industry codes, standards and regulations associated with process design and process safety engineering
Knowledge of process safety hazard's analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
Demonstrate manufacturing HSSE and have related experience.
Must demonstrate awareness of engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision and personnel management.
Experience with supporting CAPEX projects at all stages of conceptualisation, scoping, conceptual design, detail design, project execution, project commissioning, project turn-over.
Experience in Capex procurement activities including project bid processes (engineering scope/ bid packages/ bid process/ award/ change order management/ field work order management/ etc.)
Experience with leading diverse teams (members may include operations, logistics, planning, marketing, technology) on engineering/CAPEX projects
Experience with HAZOP/HAZID participation for Capital Project Development
Desireable Criteria
Previous experience in an operational role at a Chemical, Oil & Gas or other manufacturing facility.
Understanding of the manufacturing process including economics, commercial awareness, optimization opportunity identification and proper use of technology.
Experience with a Management of Change (MOC) Process and Permit to work (PTW) process
Effective Communicator: Able to present sophisticated problems to a wide range of audiences in a concise, accurate, and coherent manner. Effectively demonstrate and translate the business impact and value proposition of a recommendation to the entire organization.

Responsibilities:
As a Transport Driver you will drive a tanker truck (11,400 gallon capacity) to pick up propane at the supply point (e.g. refinery, pipeline terminal, storage facility) and deliver it to area AmeriGas facilities. The driver will make four to five pick-ups and deliveries per day, driving an average of 500 miles per day and working up to 14 hours per day. Approximately 80 percent of the driver's time is spent driving or waiting in line at the supply point. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Drive the tanker truck to pick up propane at the refinery and deliver to area AmeriGas facilities; approximately 45 minutes is required to load or unload the truck.
• Attach terminal hoses to the truck connections to pump propane into the tanker.
• Use permanent hoses attached to the filling ports or the hoses stored in the truck to unload the tanker. The hoses stored on the truck come in two sizes: 20 feet long, three inches in diameter; and 19 feet long, 1½ inches in diameter.
• Perform twice daily truck inspections.
• May climb ladders at some AmeriGas facilities to check gauges at the top of the bulk tanks.
