What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Help conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to further ensure compliance.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.**

The Value Added Service Laborer is responsible for scraping, sweeping, and mopping the floors of food, beverage, and meat processing plants operated by our customers, ensuring they meet the quality control and bacterial standards set by the customer and relevant governmental agencies. Primary responsibilities include:
Represent Great Jobs KC's mission and programs, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with target audience research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
Implement, monitor, and achieve annual recruitment goals for assigned programs and territories.
Deliver interactive and engaging presentations to large and small audiences of various ages.
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual program enrollment quotas through the successful implementation of recruitment and marketing strategies and tactics.
Deliver compelling program messages, answer questions, and complete program enrollment for adult learner prospects.
Track and closely monitor expected adult learner recruitment activity within the region and all assigned counties.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience:

As an Irrigation Worker, you will be a vital part of a local team, responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of irrigation equipment. Your duties will include auditing, adjusting, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure optimal efficiency and water conservation.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Install, test, and maintain irrigation equipment.
Audit, adjust, and repair systems for maximum efficiency and water conservation.
Requirements:
Previous irrigation experience
Mechanical experience
Proficiency in trench digging, cutting pipe, gluing fittings
Ability to adjust sprinkler heads
Utilize water pump units, pipelines, sprinklers, and walking frames

To maintain elevator in good working condition to meet the customer needs. To ensure the elevator remains in compliance to all safety and OSHA regulations. Lead by example and work cohesively with team members.
Summary of essential job functions:
This is a hands on position will work side by side with other elevator workers
Maintain quality of grain
Safety compliance of all elevator workers
Maintenance of elevator equipment
Grain logistics
Load and unload grain trucks
Clean the elevator as required by standards
Maintain work flow of other elevator workers
Assist customers
Completion of required safety, OSHA and all other elevator required paperwork
All other duties as assigned
