As a Behavioral Health Care Advocate, you will be responsible for case management / care coordination of members on the SED and Autism Waivers. You'll have a direct impact on the lives of our members as you recommend and manage the appropriate level of care throughout the entire treatment plan.
Primary Responsibilities:
Make patient assessments and determining appropriate levels of care
Obtain information from providers on outpatient requests for treatment
Determine if additional clinical treatment sessions are needed
Manage inpatient and outpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan
Administer benefits and review treatment plans
Coordinate benefits and transitions between various areas of care
Identify ways to add value to treatment plans and consulting with facility staff or outpatient care providers on those ideas
Develop and monitor implementation of Person-Centered Service Plans
Collaborate with Community Mental Health Centers to ensure member's are receiving services and supports

Required Qualifications:
Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; Licensed Ph.D., or Registered Nurse (with at least a Bachelor's degree) with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
Active, unrestricted license in Kansas: LP, LPC, LCP, LCPC, LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, or RN (with a Bachelor's Degree) in the state of Kansas
2+ years of post-license experience in a related mental health environment
Proven intermediate Microsoft skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Access to secure, high-speed internet (Broadband Cable, DSL, or Fiber) and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home
Live in or near Dodge City, KS, with reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service delivery area as needed (up to 50%)

Expectation to:
* Train full-time and seasonal employees within the department.
* Train and schedules staff in maintenance of park areas, public grounds, and designated landscape areas.
* Maintain and design urban renewal greenscape areas.
* Maintain and design flower beds, bed areas and containers in Dodge City parks.
* Design assigned projects to completion: list plants, obtain bids, order, and select plants, etc.

This position is located in Cimarron, KS supporting our Cimarron II Wind Farm located at: 8502 Highway 23, Cimarron, KS 67836, United States of America. This site included 57 Siemens 2.3 MW Turbines
Position Summary
The Supervisor Commercial Renewable Operations is responsible for delivering profitable results at a Deriva owned wind site located in assigned area. Achieve profitable results through safe, efficient, environmentally sound operations that are consistent with both Deriva policy and industry best practices. Responsible for the safety (human and environmental) and final work product of all persons who are on the site including but not limited to permanent and temporarily assigned Deriva staff as well as contractors, suppliers and vendors. Responsible for maintaining a positive, transparent, collaborative working relationship with other corporate support functions. Responsible for maintaining a positive, contractually sound relationship with all landowners and power off-takers we've partnered with at the asset, while maintaining a positive presence in the broader community where we live and work. Expected to troubleshoot, maintain and perform operations in the field and up-tower. Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
Responsibilities
Trouble shooting and maintaining Siemens 2.3 turbines. Problem solving BOP issues including but not limited to roads, gates, substations and transmission lines. This includes climbing turbines on a regular basis
Work planning and oversight of work product being delivered through employees and contractors
General administration including but not limited to environmental/safety/regulatory compliance, time sheets, setting of individual and business unit goals, setting expectations and driving accountability, employee coaching/counseling/development
Off-taker, landowner and community relations, travel to other assets when needed
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have Turbine Technician-1,2 and Electrical Operator 1 & 2
Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Must pass required JPMs (external candidates)
Desired Qualifications
Experience managing maintenance technicians
3 years of technical experience with Deriva Energy as a Wind Technician
Ability to climb turbine towers (up to 375ft) daily
Ability to complete Supervisor job performance measures within the probationary period,
Ability to travel from time to time on an as-needed basis
Additional years of wind turbine maintenance experience is (preferred)
Experience troubleshooting Siemens 2.3 turbines
Knowledge of heavy equipment used for facility maintenance and working knowledge of crane and rigging requirements (preferred)
Proven experience of successfully managing and developing wind turbine maintenance technicians (preferred)
Working Conditions
Valid driver's license required
Ability to travel to support all Deriva fleet projects
Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and/or other hazards
Exposure to noisy, dusty conditions, chemicals, or solvents
Operate equipment including but not limited to forklifts and commercial motor vehicles
Ability to lift up to 50lbs individually
Walking, Climbing of stairs, ladders, and/or scaffolds
Working in all-weather outdoor conditions (extreme heat, cold, wind, rain, snow)
Completion of OEM or third-party technical specialty training program.
This position contains a weight restriction of 265 pounds as an essential function of the job. The purpose of this restriction is to ensure that all weight rated equipment is used in an appropriate and safe manner within maximum allowed weight loading
