The Position:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with leading wealth management firms and drive adoption, retention, and growth across our wealth management client base. This role will leverage relationship management and strategic thinking skills to deliver exceptional onboarding, support, and partnership experiences. Collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients-helping them unlock the full value of YCharts through proactive engagement, tailored success plans, and a deep understanding of their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a growing book of business by developing and executing success plans that drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion
Collaborate with Institutional sales partners to build relationships with decision-makers, map organizational structures, and identify and close growth opportunities
Partner with clients in the Institutional vertical to understand strategic goals and deliver value from day one through onboarding and beyond
Lead frequent virtual and in-person meetings to share best practices, highlight new features, and showcase key product functionality
Customize user experiences by configuring integrations, managing PDF reports, and creating tailored client groups and configurations
Monitor account health, drive proactive usage campaigns, and share scalable, value-driven content with customers regularly
Demonstrate deep product knowledge to educate clients on features and workflows, ensuring adoption and satisfaction
Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, advocating for product improvements and customer priorities
Manage renewal and expansion forecasts, usage reporting, scorecards, and ad hoc initiatives, including webinars and documentation
Occasional travel (~10%) for client meetings and industry conferences
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
1+ years of experience in a sales, support, or account management role
Knowledge and interest in the capital markets and investment vehicles such as Equities, ETFs, and Mutual Funds
Excellent time management skills
Great verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently

Compensation:

The Position
The Director, Head of Data Products will drive the strategic direction, execution, and ongoing management of our data products and strategy. This leader will oversee how data is sourced, structured, governed, delivered, and leveraged across products and client workflows. The role includes responsibility for third-party data partnerships, internally derived datasets, data architecture coordination, and delivering market-ready data offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company's forward-looking data strategy.
Lead evaluation, negotiation, and management of third-party data licensing relationships.
Oversee data acquisition, normalization, quality assurance, and governance processes.
Develop and maintain data products, including feeds, APIs, derived calculations, scores, and analytics.
Partner with Engineering teams to build scalable data infrastructure and pipelines.
Own client-facing data integration capabilities, including imports, uploads, and external system connectivity.
Manage and grow the Data Products team by developing talent and driving accountability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated success leading data or data-adjacent product teams.
Hands-on experience evaluating and integrating third-party financial datasets.
Experience working with financial data delivery methods (API, FTP/SFTP, data warehouses, vendor MCPs).
Proven ability to create or refine derived analytics (metrics, portfolios, scoring frameworks, calculations, etc.).
Strong collaboration skills with Engineering teams.
Financial data domains: Equities, Funds, Financial Statements, Fixed Income, Indexes, Portfolios, Economic data, Private Markets, Alternatives.
Understanding of core database concepts and modern data platforms.
Familiarity with the financial data provider landscape (e.g. S&P, Morningstar, LSEG, MSCI, ICE, Nasdaq, EDI).
10+ years of experience in financial data, analytics, investment research, or related fields.
3+ years of leadership or team management experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead water damage projects, carpet cleaning/floor cleaning projects, and Fire and Smoke damage projects
Extract water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment
Lead job site production to include water extraction, demolition, use of hand tools, power tools, general cleanup, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, moving of goods and supplies through warehouse production process, etc.
Assist in determining the most effective way to dry the affected materials
Conduct demolition after fire, water/flood, mold or storm damages
Remove carpets, carpet pads, drywall and insulation
Submit samples of removed materials to ITEL, as required by the insurance company
Haul debris from jobsite to truck as well as moving customer contents away from work area as needed
Monitor moisture levels on the job site and enter data into Moisture Mapper
Set, move and monitor humidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers and other equipment to job site
Set up negative air in affected work areas for containment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Based in Chicago and reporting to the separate account portfolio managers, the Director will have
responsibility over all strategic, transactional, and operations issues for a to-be-determined portfolio
of primarily office and industrial assets located across the United States.
Create strategic plans for each asset depending on the property's individual requirements including valuations, cash flow projections, review and approval of annual operating and capital budgets
Set, evolve, and execute redevelopment, leasing, and sale plans and direct all aspects of relationships with regional partners and providers of third party services including property management
Aggressively and proactively predict and respond to dynamic market conditions
Oversee the budget process for all assets under their management
Work closely with leasing staff, regional partners, and third-party contractors to structure, negotiate, review and execute leases within portfolio of assets
Monitor the overall performance of assigned properties against plan and budget
Plan for and anticipate the cash flow needs for the assets as well as the underlying investors, monitor cash in/out of property accounts, and oversee all draw disbursements
Provide high quality lender and investor reporting
Support the execution of acquisitions, financings, and refinancings as required
Continuously keep senior management, clients, and investors aware and up to date on evolving strategies and results
Provide strategic, investment, and analytical direction and oversight to regional partners, third party service providers, and internal company personnel in creating and executing asset and portfolio plans
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualified professionals will have a minimum of seven to ten years of demonstrable success in the management of a portfolio of complex, diverse commercial real estate, including office, industrial, multifamily, and medical office. Additional experience in asset/portfolio reporting is strongly desired. Qualified candidates must possess the following requirements and characteristics:
Proven track record of success and leadership, with past accomplishments clearly demonstrating a creative hands-on approach to, and understanding of, operations, leasing, development, capital markets, financing, marketing, investment, and ownership issues in managing challenging, “value-add” real estate properties
