Fluency with data: comfortable working with raw datasets and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication. You can tell a persuasive story and influence without authority.
Experience working with agile development teams and modern product delivery practices (backlog management, sprint planning, iterative releases).
Comfort collaborating with distributed teams and managing cross-time-zone execution.
