POSITION SUMMARY The Director of FP&A is a senior individual contributor who serves as a strategic finance partner to the CFO and executive leadership team. This role leads our financial planning and analysis function, translating complex data into clear insights and enabling high-impact decisions. You'll be instrumental in driving UpKeep's financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management as we scale. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Own the company-wide planning cycle, driving alignment between finance and business leaders on goals, headcount, and investments. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes verifying shipment contents, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are received and shipped in a timely, accurate, and safe manner. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance on industrial machines to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and extend equipment life. Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repair and routine preventive maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.) as well as general cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned Essential Functions Diagnose equipment failures - root cause and communicate required actions across relevant teams. Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance on industrial machines to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and extend equipment life. Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repair and routine preventive maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.) as well as general cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned Essential Functions Diagnose equipment failures - root cause and communicate required actions across relevant teams.
