As an RF Engineer, you will help architect, design, and validate the advanced RF and microwave subsystems that enable mission-critical communications across aerospace, defense, and satellite markets. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance on industrial machines to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and extend equipment life. Summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality RF electronic products are produced and that all internal and external requirements are met prior to shipping products to our customers. The QA Manager must have experience dealing with ISO, AS, IPC and MIL-STD requirements. Ability to lead a team in executing the quality standards and processes for the company. Support the procedures in use to ensure quality, reliability, repeatability and efficiency of all products in production. Will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming, in-work and final inspections are in compliance with the appropriate quality standards. Perform defect analysis and corrective action documentation and implementation. Able to prep and perform AS9100/ISO9001 internal audits. Ongoing efforts to continually improve quality in the manufacturing area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the Quality staff as well as other staff members to produce the highest quality products
Ensure manufacturing compliance to quality standards and Mission policies/procedures
Compliance to customer requirements, skilled at customer interactions and reporting
Responsible for supplier evaluations, interactions and audits
Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
Provide detailed in-process inspections and establish processes to verify conformance to design requirements
Oversight of corrective actions and prevent non-conformances
Drive continuous improvement; assist Engineering in root cause analysis and corrective action
Communicate and help resolve quality issues in a timely manner
Observe technical operations and offer guidance/recommendations as they relate to quality
Provide quality training and guidance to Mission leadership and departments as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of QA experience
Knowledge and understanding of IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-1580
Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100 and AS9102 regulations
Knowledge and understanding of ESD procedures
Creating, reviewing and processing; NCMRs, CARs, SCARs, PARs, etc.
Knowledge of various materials and processes; metals, ceramics, electronics, plastics, semiconductors, etc.
Knowledge in the use of epoxies and bonding materials
Able to read and understand engineering, process, assembly and traveler documentation
Comfortable with working and communicating with various engineers and managers

What You'll Do
Own the full lifecycle of engineering and manufacturing programs.
Driving program scope, schedules, milestones, and resource planning for new product introductions and major engineering changes.
Translating customer requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
Leading cross-disciplinary teams - RF/microwave, mechanical, manufacturing, test, quality, supply chain - to merge design intent with manufacturability.
Building and maintaining integrated master schedules while managing critical paths.
Anticipating risks early and driving collaborative, technical problem-solving.
Coordinating prototype and qualification builds and ensuring smooth transitions to production.
Serving as the program's central point of communication for leadership, customers, and suppliers.
Preparing executive-level reports, presenting technical status, and ensuring contractual alignment.
Championing AS9100, space, and defense-grade quality and documentation standards.
Capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of project/program management experience on hardware-based engineering programs (RF, microwave, aerospace, defense, or SATCOM strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of the complete hardware product lifecycle.
Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
Experience with customer-facing technical programs, requirements traceability, or acceptance testing.
Proficiency with project scheduling tools, risk management, and documentation systems.
Exceptional communication skills - able to translate technical detail for any audience.
A track record of delivering complex engineering programs on time and within budget.
Experience with WBS, Work Packages, or earned value management (SPI/CPI) is a plus.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where ownership matters.

About the Role
As an RF Engineer with a focus on linearization and system-level optimization, you'll design, model, and validate advanced RF and microwave subsystems that power mission-critical communication and high-reliability applications. You'll take ownership from concept through production-driving circuit design, simulation, integration, and verification to ensure exceptional performance, efficiency, and linearity across high-power RF systems.
You'll collaborate closely with product development, test, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to convert breakthrough concepts into scalable, manufacturable hardware. Your work will directly influence the performance, yield, and field reliability of products operating in the world's most demanding environments.
What You'll Do
Design innovative pre-distortion and linearization techniques for power amplifier (PA) modules.
Generate cascade analyses to drive system-level architecture and performance decisions.
Perform electromagnetic, RF, and microwave simulations using tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS, and CST.
Design and simulate RF/microwave circuits and subsystems-including power amplifiers, up/down-converters, T/R modules, synthesizers, filters, and mixers-to meet system specifications.
Specify, source, and evaluate RF components for high-power, high-frequency, high-reliability environments.
Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to ensure designs are robust, manufacturable, and compliant with reliability and production standards.
Develop test plans, configure measurement systems (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters), and characterize prototypes for performance, linearity, efficiency, gain, noise figure, stability, thermal behavior, and power output.
Prepare design documentation, test reports, failure analyses, and manufacturing support materials.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts-design reviews, transfer to production, prototype builds, and issue mitigation during ramp-up.
Troubleshoot and resolve design, test, reliability, and manufacturing challenges, providing corrective actions and continuous improvement recommendations.
Stay current on emerging RF/microwave technologies and contribute to technology roadmaps and process improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Hands-on experience designing, simulating, producing, and validating RF/microwave circuits and subsystems.
Proficiency using RF test equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power meters.
Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, R, and/or C++.
Proficiency with RF simulation tools such as Microwave Office, ADS, HFSS, CST, or equivalent.
Strong math skills, including calculus and spatial reasoning.

What You'll Do
