Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support operations in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This role will ensure quality compliance by reviewing documents, leading inspections, and coordinating with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities for the Quality Control Inspector include:
* Review contract and design documents for compliance and constructability.
* Lead 3-Phase QC process and develop installation checklists.
* Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and report quality data.
* Coordinate with GC/Owner and resolve quality issues.
Qualifications for the Quality Control Inspector include:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, estimation, or quality control.
* Ability to obtain a state-issued Journeyman License within 6 months of hire.
* Proficient in interpreting contracts, drawings, BIM models, NEC codes, and industry standards.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency.
* Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent quality-related experience.
Compensation for the Quality Control Inspector include:
* Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 based on years of experience
* Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO (Paid Time Off), Holidays, Sick leave as required by law
