The New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain team is responsible for collaborating with suppliers and P&W's product development teams (IPT's). The candidate should be customer focused, have strong communication skills, and demonstrates the ability to deliver results. Must be a U.S Citizen and willing to apply for government security clearance. This is a hybrid role and candidate must be willing to come on site as needed.

New Product Introduction has responsibility to all aspects of supply chain management; sourcing strategy, negotiation, order placement, and delivery assurance. NPI supports efforts using cutting edge technologies and designs in support of military and commercial next generation engine platforms. This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills & the ability to leverage working relationships across the many P&W functional groups; Quality, Materials, Engineering, MCL, ESA, Regional Offices, Programs and multiple suppliers.

The NPI Account Manager will be responsible to demonstrate the following, including but not limited to:

· Creating the sourcing strategy and coordinating source selection alignment

· Creation of Request For Quotes (RFQ)/Request for Proposal's (RFP's), Purchase Orders

· Evaluating and coordinating approval of supplier exceptions to Terms & Conditions

· Proactively tracks and manages supplier work in process (WIP), identifies risks to planned delivery, and maintains promise dating

· Maintain purchase orders including but not limited to technical definition changes, pricing and delivery. Uses the minimum requirements standard work as a competitive advantage

· Evaluating Technology and Manufacturing Readiness Levels (TRL & MRL) for efforts

· Coordinate resolution of quality issues, QN's, and RCCA for supplier quality escapes

· Identify and manage supplier risks to program industrial plans

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree and at least 8 years in a supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial management role

· Willingness to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

· US Citizenship required due to contracts

· Ability to travel as needed 10-15%

Desired Qualifications:

· Understands how to interpret blueprints, specifications, and associated flow down

· Strong analytical and writing skills to support order justification and audit

· SAP Purchase Order A1 Self Release a plus

The Account Services Product Manager is accountable for driving and delivering on the product strategy for Account Solutions, product commercialization and day-to-day management of the products and profit and loss (P&L).
