We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. Bring your talents and enthusiasm to our innovative school for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder! This position is part of an interdisciplinary team in a full day (8:15 am -3:45 pm) school program.
Responsibilities include:
Providing behavior support to the teacher and other classroom team members
Maintaining daily operation of the classroom program
Assisting students with instructional and non-instructional tasks as developed by BCBA
Implementation of and data collection for student behavior plans
Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate degree in Education or related field or 2 years of college in Education/Special education or related field
Possesses Registered Behavior Technician Certification
Has training and experience of 1-2 years with children/individuals with Autism
Has completed a minimum of one year of successful experience.e in working directly with children with autism and related developmental delays in a home, school, or clinical setting.
Holds or is able to obtain Ohio aide permit or paraprofessional license.
Is well-versed in principles of applied behavior analysis.
We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for this position! $150 to be paid after successful completion of the introductory period (90 days), $150 to be paid after 6 months, and $200 to be paid after 1 year!

The requirements include a minimum of two years of food service experience in health care dietary setting, HS diploma or GED is preferred and preference will be given to those who have experience with quantity cooking and specialized dietary needs ServSafe and/or Person-in-Charge certification(s) a plus but not required

* Experience with home/community visiting
* Capable of adapting and reacting quickly and effectively

* Bilingual abilities are a plus

Billing & Accounts Receivable
staff member to work out of our Highland Hills office, with plans to move to the Westlake Office in 2026.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Communicating and coordinating with funding sources to obtain client funding approval before provision of services
Discussing payment arrangements and subsidy options with families
Creating invoices, billing utilizing the County software system, and submitting invoices for payment
Completing attendance verification for all programs and compiling data summaries
Processing and posting payments received
Making collection calls and sending clients to collections when necessary
The right candidate must have:
High school diploma is required, 2 years of college in a related field preferred.
Billing and collection experience required.
Must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft office (Quickbooks a plus).
Be highly organized, display initiative, and be detail-oriented.
Occasional travel to a local satellite office required.
