    The Pen Rider is responsible for moving cattle as scheduled or necessary and riding the pens to monitor animal health. They ensure that the movement of cattle goes smoothly and that compromised cattle are identified and cared for. This position reports to the Cattle Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: On horseback, ride through pens, inspect cattle, and make decisions about pulling animals to be hospitalized Move cattle for shipment or treatment Gather and move strays back to appropriate pens May diagnose, treat, and record cattle health instances according to established protocols from consulting veterinarian Conduct pen and equipment inspections Notify appropriate personnel regarding dead cattle and repairs/maintenance needed Administer injections and other treatments as directed by Animal Health Manager Review daily agenda for cattle movements If shipping, perform head counts, retrieve cattle, and move them to scales and shipping pens Adhere to Agri Beef's Animal Handling and Welfare Policy, as well as OSHA, HACCP, and other safety rules, regulations, and policies Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Strong horse-riding ability/experience Keen ability to identify distressed cattle Knowledgeable in herding cattle Good time management skills Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather and conditions EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) OR minimum of six (6) months related experience and/or training WAGE RANGE: $18 - $22/hour DOE

We are looking for a Feed Mill Maintenance Technician at our cattle feed yard in Moses Lake, Washington. POSITION PURPOSE: The Feed Mill Maintenance is responsible for the overall maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the feed mill's machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and continuous operations. This role requires the technician to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime, increase productivity, and maintain a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on feed mill equipment, including mills, mixers, conveyors, augers, and other machinery. Repairs: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in feed mill equipment to minimize production interruptions. Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation, alignment, and testing of new machinery and equipment. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel in the feed mill. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts replaced, work performed, and equipment status within our maintenance software. Emergency Support: Provide emergency maintenance services as needed during off-hours or weekends to avoid production delays. Housekeeping: Participates in daily housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing mill work areas. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred). Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a feed mill, manufacturing, or agricultural environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.     As the Sr. Sourcing Specialist for Soft Goods (Apparel) at Teton Outfitters, you will be responsible for overseeing sourcing, factory relationships, costing and production execution for all assigned apparel categories, including but not limited to outer layer garments (jackets, pants, shells), second-layer warmth products (fleece, insulation, mid-layers) and baselayer. This role may have direct management of one or two team members focused on purchasing/production planning activities. You will work directly with suppliers to ensure they deliver on Teton Outfitters' core priorities: Delivery, Quality, Cost, Innovation, and New Product Development (NPD) support. This role requires a blend of sourcing expertise, production management, and technical product knowledge to ensure the successful launch and scaling of hard parts and accessories. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Factory Relationship Management Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned factories. Build and maintain partnerships that drive supplier accountability for quality, compliance, and delivery. Conduct onsite factory visits and audits to validate compliance and maintain approved supplier status. Production & Execution Manage sourcing and production timelines to meet seasonal delivery targets and quality standards. Partner closely with Product Development and Quality teams from concept through bulk production. Identify and resolve factory-level issues impacting quality, delivery, or manufacturability. Innovation & Technical Fabric Development Support factory innovation efforts, driving adoption of optical and protective technologies as well as new innovations for accessories. Communicate supplier innovations and capabilities to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with development teams to bring new protective and performance technologies to the market. Supplier Performance & Cost Management Implement supplier scorecards to track cost, quality, and delivery performance. Analyze cost scenarios to support strategic sourcing decisions, cost savings initiatives and margin improvements goals. Negotiate vendor agreements with a focus on cost efficiency, quality consistency, and long-term competitiveness. Conduct tariff and duty (HTS) analysis to inform sourcing decisions. Capacity & Planning Oversee supplier capacity in alignment with Teton Outfitters' 3-5-year product roadmap. Support contingency planning by identifying and mitigating supply chain risks. Provide sourcing insights for seasonal and long-range planning. Continuous Improvement & Project Management Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/workshops to drive through various Lean methods Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot, operations, assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation Identify, prioritize, plan, and execute improvements in an organized, efficient, and effective manner SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in sourcing, production, or supply chain management within soft goods is required (technical apparel preferred) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Sourcing, or another related field is required. Strong background in waterproof/breathable fabrics, protective textiles, and insulation technologies. Experience leading a direct report is preferred. Broader outdoor apparel knowledge (hunting, skiing, camping, hiking, etc.) is a plus but not required. Proven success managing factory relationships, supplier negotiations, and production schedules. Ability to manage multiple projects across seasonal calendars. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Elastic learner that can apply development processes to other category products we create (PFDs, apparel). Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. Experienced in daily communication with overseas factories and development partners. Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, project management apps and the typical office apps (spreadsheets, presentation, word processing).
