**ROLE SUMMARY:**
Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we're operating the best we can.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Maintain plant safety standards- safety is our top priority

+ Use of Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending
+ Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
+ Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates
+ Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
+ Prior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred)
+ Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
+ Continuous improvement experience (preferred)

Summary: To contribute to the production of metal insulated building panels as directed by Supervisor. Skilled Technical Industrial Machine Operator with strong mathematical and communication skills to operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment used in the production of Kingspan panels. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and the ability to understand measurements, work collaboratively in teams, apply critical thinking, have quality and safety awareness, and be mechanically oriented.
Essential Duties:
Follows up on work assignments from Supervisor.
Receives machine/process operations according to need and operator qualification.
Coordinates resource requirements with the Production Supervisor and other Team Leaders.
Ensures team productivity remains high by closely coordinating product change and brakes.
Contribute to the following:
The Product is manufactured within standard times.
The Product is manufactured according to the production schedule (timing and sequence).
The product is manufactured within engineering specifications.

Produce quality Posiflush syringes at the rate or goal set for each line while working as a team with other operators while keeping area and machines clean. Complete quality checks on at the frequency needed. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending
Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates
Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude (preferred)

Operate a combination of Cathode Ray Tube (CRT)/keyboard/Voice Communication System (VCS) to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises.
Receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.
Job Requirements
Ability to demonstrate a minimum keyboard speed of forty (40) wpm with ninety (90) percent accuracy.
Possess an ability to read and interpret materials such as diagrams and manuals.
Ability to speak clearly and be understood.
Education
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) year of experience in a comparable position.

This role offers a starting pay of $32.93 per hour (paid bi-weekly), with the opportunity for an increase upon satisfactory completion of required job training. The purpose of the Production Operator role is to operate and troubleshoot plant extrusion equipment, machines and lines; for example, feeders, extruders, computers, scales, forklifts, packers and chain hoists. Major Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot extrusion equipment and handle extrusion line cleanups and changeovers
Prepare production run formulation premixes
Calibrate feeders and calculate factor numbers, based on run sheets, equipment and materials
Package and transfer finished products
Maintain departmental documentation
Make calculations using English and Metric systems.
Transfer raw materials
Sample and analyze product by visual appearance and testing as needed
Operate capacity shuttle yard truck.
Operate computer systems to perform various functions and processes required for your job
