MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Supports the Fair Banking Officer by leading consumer complaints management efforts, working with business unit management, and coordinating research efforts. Leverages extensive interpersonal skills to work with key members of senior/executive management to coordinate research and response to high-visibility regulatory complaints. Ensures key stakeholders obtain complaint responses by the scheduled due dates and ensures successful complaint management duties of the Bank regarding regulatory complaints. Utilizes an interpretation of consumer protection policies, laws, and requirements affecting the enterprise and coordinates with senior and executive leadership to address regulatory complaints. Assists the Fair Banking Officer with constructing new decision-making frameworks regarding Fair Banking and Complaints Management as the consumer compliance regulatory environment evolves. Reviews UDAAP-related escalated complaint factors and works with operations and governance groups within the organization. Identifies complaint root causes and attaching supporting documentation. Monitors regulatory enforcements and industry news to stay informed of UDAAP issues and trends Maintains consumer compliance policies and procedures consistent with Fair Banking Compliance Management Systems (FBCMS) Programs. Develops and updates consumer complaint training materials Provide support of regulatory examinations regarding fair lending, UDAAP examinations and other applicable regulations as needed Reviews documentation and files for consumer complaint analysis

This position has an annual rate of $43,680.00.
The Service Oklahoma offers a generous benefits package, including a benefits allowance to off-set the costs of medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans. POSITION SUMMARY
The Driver's License Examiners (DLE's) are one of the first lines of homeland security for the State of Oklahoma. This includes performing highly responsible work in conducting driver's license interviews, examinations (visual, written, and road examinations), and inspections to determine eligibility and qualification for driver's licenses or state identification cards in compliance with State and Federal regulations and in accordance with the guidelines established to protect the citizens of the United States and the State of Oklahoma. Responsibilities include conducting all required actions to issue or deny driving privileges or the establishment and issuance of state identification to applicants at designated locations throughout an assigned district.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
This describes the general nature and level of work performed by the employee assigned to this position. It should not be construed as an exhaustive list of all required duties, responsibilities and skills.
Interviews applicants to determine the type of license or identification required; reviews, inspects, and verifies legality of qualifiable documents; to verify identity and determine eligibility for and type of driver's license or identification card.

Conducts in-depth vehicle safety inspections of vehicles, buses and commercial vehicles to be used in completing required tests and tests operators' knowledge and ability to safely operate required systems and equipment.
Administers vision, written, pre-trip and skills tests as appropriate; evaluates applicant's performance to determine knowledge and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and comply with existing state and federal laws; determines area of improvement required and advises the applicant.
Establishes driver's license records while maintaining the confidentiality and security of information in compliance with state and federal laws.
Upon request, assists the Legal Division in gathering evidence to prepare for potential legal action on fraudulent applications.
Responds to inquiries from motor license agents in verifying the identity of an applicant provides information concerning specific laws and procedures to law enforcement agencies and the general public and makes recommendations on changes in driver's license laws, policies and procedures.
Conducts other interviews and hearings, both formal and informal, as required, concerning all aspects of driver's license suspensions, revocations and restrictions, modifications to allow driving to and from work and in the course of employment, temporary licenses and other issues; interviews individuals concerning actions taken under financial responsibility laws; reviews and analyzes accident reports and other information; renders final decision as to appropriate actions to take based on the circumstances of individual cases; issues set aside or stay orders, modification orders and temporary licenses and completes other forms and documents, as required.
Level II & Lead - Proctors CDL exams (must be CCKE certified).
Level II & Lead - Provides training to lower-level staff at their assigned location or other near-by locations.
Lead - Reviews timesheets each week for assigned team; identifies timesheet issues, notifies employees to make corrections; approves timesheets when they are accurately submitted within the weekly deadline provided.

This position may be expected to cross-train in other sections of their division and perform the job duties in each section, based on the needs of the agency.

That IFR separation standards are applied, as delegated by approach control of the center, in limited areas around the airport to provide initial separation between
IFR arrivals and IFR departures and between successive IFR departures.
The sequence of VFR and IFR traffic, using radar equipment as an aid and, when delegated, separating IFR traffic.
When VFR flights through the airport traffic area can be authorized.
2. Determines the usability of communications frequencies available to him/her as other navigational aids used to control air traffic. Monitors navigational aids and monitors control panels, including BRITE display to determine acceptability of its alignment and display presentation. Instructs pilots to change radio frequencies/radar beacon codes.
3. When appropriate, coordinates with the other controllers on movements of both arrival and departure aircraft.
4. When traffic conditions warrant, controllers in non-approach terminals are responsible for:
Preplanning traffic sequencing and separation over an area which may reach out to a radius of 5 miles or more.
Preplanning and setting up check points required to ensure the maintenance of necessary traffic separation.
Maintaining a continuous mental picture and evaluation of a constantly changing traffic complex frequency dispersed over an equivalent geographic area.
Maintaining continuous radio watch with aircraft which have previously contacted the facility.
Accepting responsibility to handle IFR traffic at his/her airport.
5. Studies weather bureau reports and forecasts, obtains LAWRS/SAWRS weather certification, observes weather from the tower and records pilot reports to determine the effect of present and anticipated weather on traffic; furnishes aircraft with information such as field conditions, altimeter settings, weather conditions, operating status of navigational aids, and observed malfunctioning of aircraft, forwards to the weather bureau and the appropriate center, pilot weather reports and reports based upon personal observation of weather conditions; operates light guns, runway lights, field lighting, jet barriers etc.
6. Orients pilots of aircraft lost or in difficulty; determines whether a given situation may operations offices, airport management offices, and fire and ambulance services.
7. Performs lower grade level duties as necessary to meet operational requirements and for proficiency maintenance.
8. Provides OJT training to others.

Position Overview:
This is an onsite call center environment with most of your shift being on the phone negotiating payments. You will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls on behalf of our clients, ultimately attempting to collect. The more you collect, the more you earn!
Essential functions:
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Handle inbound and outbound calls according to company policies and procedures
Negotiate payments, settlements, and payment programs according to company guidelines
Meet department call and collection goals
Enter results into collection system using keyboard/computer, skip tracing
Adhere to compliance standards and practices
Hours of operation are (7am - 5pm) with a variation of 1 Saturday a month (8am -12pm) and 1 late night a week (10:20 am -7 pm.)
