Key Responsibilities

Conducts project investment reviews, including quarterly financial reviews, annual site inspections, tenant file review and periodic reviews of insurance, property tax, debt service coverage and reserve for replacement requirements

As an MDE Evaluator, you will play a vital role in conducting comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation for infants and toddlers using the appropriate individualized assessment activities to establish the infant/toddler's eligibility for Early Intervention Services. Warehouse Cycle Counter Skills and Qualification:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred

Warehouse Inventory Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of inventory locations to ensure accuracy between physical and system quantities.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through research, reporting, and collaboration with shipping, receiving, and production teams.
Maintain and update inventory records in QAD to ensure real-time accuracy.
Identify root causes of count variances and recommend corrective actions to improve inventory control processes.
Monitor and report on inventory adjustments, stock transfers, and returns.
Adhere to all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Partner with warehouse leadership team to continuously improve inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
