Minimum Requirements
* Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Requirements
* High volume inbound call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Primary:
Design, develop and implement data solutions based on best industry practices.

Create data pipelines to facilitate the movement of data between multiple data sources and cloud databases to create a unified data view.
