Your Role as a Housekeeper We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our community spaces. The Housekeeper plays an essential role in maintaining a sanitary and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do: * Plan, organize, and adhere to a cleaning schedule. * Perform cleaning assignments and ensure compliance with cleanliness and infection control standards. * Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas. * Report maintenance and repair needs to the supervisor. * Manage housekeeping inventory and ensure adequate supplies. * Assist with plant and flower care as needed. * Prepare rooms for new residents after discharge. * Follow safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals and maintain proper labeling. * Attend in-service training and staff meetings to improve service and operational efficiency. Physical Demands: * Standing, sitting, walking, and changing positions frequently. * Lifting or carrying up to 25 lbs.; pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs. * Ability to crouch, kneel, balance, stoop, and bend. Your Role as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team and provide high-quality care for our residents. The CNA plays a crucial role in assisting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. What You'll Do: * Provide direct physical and emotional care to residents, including personal hygiene, transferring, and lifting. * Assist residents with activities of daily living and meal support. * Accurately observe, record, and report resident care, conditions, and concerns. * Communicate through reports to staff on preceding and oncoming shifts. * Provide housekeeping duties, including cleaning common areas and resident rooms. * Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide tours when necessary. * Maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. * Follow resident care plans and maintain a safe living environment.
