Under the leadership of the Configuration Manager, the Tapestry Application Analysts primary role is to assist in the review of current system configuration as well as review potential enhancements to ensure that CMS requirements as well as business needs are being met.
The Tapestry Application Analyst will have a complete working knowledge of assigned application, to include an understanding of the assigned department workflows for the associated system build/configure, upgrade and release process.
The Analyst will act as a support contact for the application and will coordinate investigation, configuration, and remediation between ISS, operations, and any other affected individuals.
The Analyst must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations. The analyst will perform workflow analysis, data collection and report issues associated with the software as issues are identified.
The Analyst will work with end users by participating in training and troubleshooting issues and questions.
Required Experience:
We are ONLY looking for hands-on Analysts who have BOTH:
1. Real Epic Tapestry experience
They must have worked specifically with Tapestry in one of these contexts:
Tapestry claims
Tapestry benefits/eligibility
Tapestry membership
Tapestry encounter workflows
Tapestry reporting or Tapestry-to-Clarity data validation
2. SQL + Reporting Experience
Candidates must be able to write SQL queries themselves and work directly with data.
This includes:
Building or modifying SQL-based reports
Creating datasets / performing data validation
Supporting managed care / CMS reporting needs
Using tools like Power BI / Tableau / SSRS (basic reporting skills)

Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

This role bridges the gap between inpatient care and long-term recovery, guiding patients through post-acute services including neuro-recovery clinics, school reintegration, and community-based resources.
As a central point of contact, the Aftercare Coordinator ensures continuity of care and empowers families with education, advocacy, and resource navigation. The position also co-leads the hospital's Trauma Survivorship Program, with a specialized focus on TBI.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison for families throughout the TBI recovery process.

Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Essential Work Functions:
Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care
Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients
Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions
Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies
Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients
Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients
Maintains confidentiality of patients and client
Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adheres to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
