We are looking for a seasoned recruiter that is tired of doing the regular recruitment job and wants to do some innovative recruitment. You should be highly energetic and be creative in your recruitment methodologies from Linkedin, Indeed, Upwork, elance, etc in addition to the regular recruitment platforms such as dice and monster.
We may need to hire from schools, hire people that wrote books, or hire world-class data scientists, or maybe even an energetic sales person. Some time we may not have enough money to hire that candidate, then you need to be creative about it in closing the deal. Part-time, or offer something else.
If you are seasoned recruiter and want to take up the challenge of recruiting for a startup then let us talk.
Our salary is not high but you might be awarded stock options.
Qualifications
Two plus years of recruitment experience (technology recruitment is a plus)
Offshore recruitment skills are a plus but not mandatory
Some knowledge of big data is a plus but not mandatory
Highly energetic, willing to learn, and is ready to show us new ways to recruit top people with top skills

Job Description
Note:
We are facing some performance issues when we tried running Tableau in AWS on HIve that is sitting on top of Cloudera. The CSV data file is only 5 GB in size, but running aggregations on it is taking quite a bit of time. Please apply only if you think you can help us in performance tuning this problem of ours as well.
Job Details:
We have a few hundred Gigs of data sitting on a few data nodes in Cloudera HDFS on AWS. We are in need of a Tableau developer that can run some basis statistics for us on these data files using Tableau.
Requirement:
* Strong past experience with using Tableau on HDFS for analyzing CSV files
* Ability to join columns from two or more CSV files when creating Tableau reports
* Must know how to generate basic statistics
Qualifications
2+ years of Tableau experience
Experience with using Tableau in a Hadoop distribution such as Cloudera
Must be able to use Tableau and generate reports in a Amazon Web Services setting
