Position Overview: As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you'll be responsible for the professional installation of acrylic tub and shower systems. This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, dependable, detail-driven, and experienced in residential remodeling. This is a 1099 contractor position. Key Responsibilities: Complete one-day bath remodels using carpentry and construction skills Follow company installation procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results Maintain a clean, respectful, and professional presence in customers' homes Educate homeowners on product care and post-installation maintenance Handle necessary paperwork, photos, and job documentation Keep your work vehicle stocked and organized with tools and materials Adapt to on-site challenges and problem-solve as needed What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim work, or residential remodeling Strong measuring and layout skills (tape measure, level, combination square) High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean record Basic plumbing skills a plus Proficient with common power tools (e.g., drills, saws) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Willingness to travel up to 35 miles from our office (trip charges apply for distance) Additional Requirements: Reliable work vehicle and personal tool set required Must have capacity to transport full installation materials, including large acrylic panels Proof of liability insurance is required, and workers comp. insurance or waiver required for 1099 workers. Our Installers will prepare, load, deliver, and install several deliveries to our clients. They also: * Complete occasional warehouse tasks including plant receiving and preparation which includes protecting plants and containers for delivery * Load service vehicle and exercise care in delivering plants and hardgoods to customer sites * Schedule delivery details/arrangements as required by the client and deliver replacement materials to customer sites as required * Regularly drive a delivery type van/truck in urban and rural settings * Maintain plants and hardware components of living green walls at various heights * Plant containers, vases, and planter beds with a wide variety of plants * Prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. during installation service * Deliver and install scenting and air purification equipment as necessary * Be available for occasional 'after-hour' project work (for example early access to some customer sites like shopping malls for large tree delivery or replacement) * Some outdoor/exterior work will be required * Assist on holiday decoration installations decorating the interior and exterior of buildings with a team * Assist on the removal of holiday decorations as needed at the end of the season What do you need? * Experience caring for plants is preferred * Experience interacting with clients * Regular lifting up to 50 lbs * Able to safely climb ladders and work on ladders up to 12 ft * Lift certification is a plus * Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects * Experience using drills, saws, and other power tools * Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence #RTX200 Base Pay Range Hourly: $18.00 - $27.00 While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
