Position Summary: Under TERROS Health's policies and professional requirements, participates as a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a General Mental Health (GMH) or Substance Use (SU) diagnosis, and/or a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health (GMH) diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment (COT). Assists patients with identifying treatment and recovery goals and provides supportive services to help patients reach their goals. Supports goal treatment methodologies, tracking and documenting progress. Embraces the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe recovery environment for patients. Collaborates and coordinates with all involved, including health care, behavioral health, wellness providers, and medical providers. Essential Duties
* Working with persons with GMH/SU diagnosis, or SMI/COT designation who are in need of resources and community involvement.
* Assess the service needs of each individual, update treatment plans, track case management services and supports, and coordinate care with all entities involved.
* Provides excellent customer service to patients, internal and external provider agencies, state entities, or other stakeholders (e.g., probation officers, advocates, family members, hospital staff, jail staff, vocational rehabilitation, etc.) as needed.

Apprentice Electricians must have their own hand tools, reliable transportation, be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a drug test and background check. We work in a highly professional environment, not a general construction jobsite. Professionalism is a requirement.

What we offer our Construction - Apprentice Installers:
We provide trucks and tools!
40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x).
Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime.
Hourly pay rate of $19.00/hr.

Requirements of a Construction - Apprentice Installer:
1+ years of experience in general construction.
Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices.
Some experience with carpentry, demolition, framing, drywall installation or repair, tile work, remodeling, or plumbing.
Must be proficient with using a tape measure.
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
Ability to interact professionally with customers.
For insurance purposes Apprentice Installers must be able to pass a DMV check.
