Under guidance and supervision of a Licensed A&P Mechanic, performs preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance of aircraft, aircraft components, assemblies and parts in accordance with company policies and Federal Regulations. Duties & Responsibilities Under Direct Supervision from Journeyman level mechanics in various cells perform maintenance, repair, overhaul and fabrication of parts and assemblies, including disassembly and assembly of parts, components, and/or aircraft to appropriate documents and specifications, and /or remove and install components on the aircraft at the Erickson facilities. Completes on-the-job-training (OJT) forms and any required training. Perform housing keeping and other organizational requirements, including general cleanup of work areas. The Aerial Lift Trimmer is responsible for trimming, pruning, and removing trees with the aid of a bucket truck or other equipment or tools. Previous experience operating an aerial lift trimmer with a tree care company is required. Driver's license is required. Candidates will be dispatched by IBEW.
