Role Description
We are seeking an Intermediate Designer (3-5 years experience) with advanced Revit skills to support one or two upcoming projects on a contract, project-based basis. This is not a full-time employee role; there are no benefits but we would like to discuss a future full time role if possible. Work will be a hybrid structure with flexibility, but some in-person coordination in NYC is required at our Columbus Circle office.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Developing detailed architectural and construction drawings in Revit
• Producing material palettes, presentations, and 3D views/representations
