    We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with proficiency in AutoCAD to complete a full set of Construction Documents (CDs). The ideal candidate will possess modeling experience with SketchUp and the ability to execute construction documents for healthcare or commercial building types. This role requires drafting existing conditions from site surveys and taking projects from schematic design through construction documents, including coordination with consulting engineers. You will develop construction detailing and specifications, engage in construction administration including answering RFIs, reviewing submittals, and conducting construction site observations. Additionally, you will research codes as needed, create 3D working models in SketchUp, and produce realistic renderings for client presentations utilizing graphic skills and Adobe Creative Suite. Essential Functions Erection Drawings (70%): Create basic erection drawings for custom and standard projects under the guidance of senior team members. Ensure drawings meet EFCO's QUALITY standards by following processes, collaborating with engineers and validating design details. Drawings should convey the correct information and be error free. Apply Technical Skills to produce clear, accurate visuals for use in sales and construction. Equipment Support (20%): Assist with equipment list entry and adjustments for projects, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
