Using kitted frame parts and prepped doors, assemble semi-custom single door units
Prep material for assembly using exact measurements
Operate several different saws to cut material
Read work orders to assure the accuracy of assembly
Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality
Perform other duties as assigned
Starting wage $16.00 an hour up to $18.50 an hour, based on experience
Monday-Friday work week! Off on the weekends.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled assembler to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the assembly of our product. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. This position is responsible for safely performing high-level continuous work to quality standards. Assignments may change based on business demands.

* Performs all mechanical assembly operations of sub-assemblies and package assembly, all sensitive and very detailed assembly operations, some electrical, instrumentation and control elements of the package, and functional test set up including in-process quality checks and tests.
* Performs disassembly and rebuild of air ends, or sensitive rotating assemblies.
* Reads and interprets engineering drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, bills of material, and quality control documents.
