    Sportsfield Specialties, Inc., is seeking a hands-on Assembler for its Deposit, NY location, who can work independently and with others as a production team member. Candidate must be reliable and flexible with schedule during summer months. Responsibilities/Duties include but not limited to: * Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with the required procedures, rules, and regulations. * Ability to read production and product paperwork to ensure specifications. * Place orders in designated warehouse areas. * Assemble parts and package per product specifications. * Assemble and build custom pallets or packing crates required per product specifications. * Ability to read measuring tools. * Fill all customer orders with accuracy and in a timely manner. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Skills: * High attention to detail. * Ability to multi-task in a busy environment, manage your time and be self-motivated. * Ability to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner in a deadline-driven environment. * Ability to operate power tools and warehouse equipment safely. * Good analytical skills. Experience/Education: * High school diploma or equivalent required. Starting pay is $18.00/hr. the starting pay indicated represents the minimum pay for the position. The starting pay may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill, and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, and internal equity. The posted starting pay reflects just one component of our total benefit/rewards package. Other components include but not limited to, health, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, PTO, retirement plan w/company match, paid holidays, fitness reimbursement, growth opportunities and many more. Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor employment visas.
