Job Title: Micro Assembler
Position Overview:
Micro assembly using manual die attach with conductive epoxy, wedge wire bonding and parallel gap welding techniques necessary in manufacturing high frequency RF products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare components for standard micro assembly.
* Perform rework and repair operations on electronic parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
* Follow established Quality Assurance Standards to inspect in process electrical, RF microwave or mechanical components/assemblies by microscope.
* Read and interpret assembly drawings.
* Train, explain procedures and techniques to other assemblers.

* Requires a high level of accuracy to support manual assembly and production of our cable & wire harness products. This role is required to follow IPC and engineering standards.
* Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality compliance per IPC-A-610 Class II and III criteria, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001.
* Use soldering irons, mag-lights, and ESD-safe tools safely and effectively.
* Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly documentation to ensure accuracy and following detailed instructions.
* Identify and report nonconformances, process deviations, or quality issues promptly.

Installation of power supply boards, wiring, and other components and materials into cabinets using rivets, screws, drills and other powered hand tools as necessary. (Knowledge and experience working with electronics and electrical hand tools is required).
Performing hi-potential (hi-pot) testing (or other types of testing as necessary) to assure good isolation.
Packaging and or labeling finished products as necessary.
Performance of any other company related job tasks required by business needs.
Knowledge and experience working with electronics and electrical hand tools is required.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
A moderate level of hand to eye coordination and dexterity
Prolonged periods of standing.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Overview:
Micro assembly using manual die attach with conductive epoxy, wedge wire bonding and parallel gap welding techniques necessary in manufacturing high frequency RF products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare components for standard micro assembly.
* Perform rework and repair operations on electronic parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
* Follow established Quality Assurance Standards to inspect in process electrical, RF microwave or mechanical components/assemblies by microscope.
* Read and interpret assembly drawings.
* Train, explain procedures and techniques to other assemblers.
* Confer with supervisors, test technicians, engineers and quality to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems.
* Perform other duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time, with or without notice.
Key Competencies & Skills required:
* Ability to work effectively with team of operators, process engineers and managers towards a common goal.
* Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, operation procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in use of microscope, tweezers, epoxy mounting, die mounting procedures.
* Strong oral comprehension and expression to understand and communicate ideas.
* Efficient time management skills.
