Position Summary:
The Production Technician 2: PVA works with materials to create a finished product for commercial or industrial use. Please note that this position has a typical schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7am to 6pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow checklist for production start-up including: preparing machine for production, ensuring line is ready for production, turning on production equipment including but not limited to: compressor, vacuum, Mattpak, etc.
Input work orders into appropriate printers to ensure accurate product marking.
Affix product label rolls onto labeling machine.
Initiate and monitor the operation of the automated bagging machine.
Generate pallet tickets and record pallet information clearly and accurately.
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure product meets Satellite standards and identify and report any quality defects promptly.
Count materials and report inventory discrepancies.
Understanding work orders and bill of materials and ability to review and sign off on materials as required.
Count and stack boxed product(s) in a neat and thorough manner.
Move, stack, wrap, and replace pallets on robot.
Bag packets into bags utilizing appropriate equipment/machinery.
Perform accurate hand-counting of packets.
Complete housekeeping duties regularly, following standard operating procedures and operational needs including but not limited to: sweeping, squeegeeing floors, cleaning process equipment, etc.
Report waste and scrap materials in an accurate and timely manner.
Verify that all materials match the specifications outlined in work orders.
Labeling containers to meet customer specifications and federal regulations.

Education and Experience Requirements:
This position prefers a high school diploma/GED.
3+ years of chemical production experience or the equivalent of training and experience.
3+ years manufacturing equipment operation experience.

Minimum Specifications Education
•Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
Experience
•Prefer one year experience in Radiology and/or Imaging modality. Equivalent Education and/or Experience may be considered.
Certification/Registration/Licensure
•Must have American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification in Radiography (R) within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities
1. Conducts specialized examinations in neurological and vascular radiology in order to provide quality patient care. Instructs patients on procedural matters prior to and during examinations to provide optimal information and comfort while effectively completing procedures. Assist the provider during routine and complex procedures by prepping the patient for procedures and functioning in a scrub role as needed to ensure that the activities meet the needs of the team. Performs surgical scrub, and donning gown and gloves. When possible, anticipate Radiologist and patient needs during a procedure.
2. Performs proper patient identification, interprets patient histories and physicians' orders ensuring that all procedures are performed according to Parkland, state and regulatory standards. Set up and prepare room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment specific to procedures. Utilizes advanced knowledge of sterile and surgical techniques by practicing aseptic techniques.
3. Can speak to and perform the process of preparing contaminated instruments for cleaning, transporting contaminated instruments to sterile processing department, and how to retrieve clean sterilized instruments from sterile processing department. Assist with supply inventory by locating expired supplies and informing necessary personnel when inventory is low, depleted, or on backorder and takes appropriate action.
4. Accesses and handles selected medications and administers contrast. Administers contrast material in the correct dosage, route and observes patients for adverse reactions. Informs and assists physicians and radiologists with patient scheduling, patient transfers, and emergency cases ensuring that all preexam procedures are followed including allergic reaction and level tests.
5. Processes acquired images onto PACS. Ensures that images and records are properly completed with patient identification data and appropriate labeling. Completes exam charges and image documentation in a timely manner.
6. Operates and maintains equipment including warm-up, running quality assurance checks, calibration, provide routine troubleshooting procedures, request repair and notifying supervisor of maintenance needs. Maintains a record of quality assurance tests to ensure that equipment runs efficiently and effectively. Maintains all passwords to each computer system. Participates in all aspects of The Joint Commission Continual Readiness.
7. Serves as a lead worker and resource to other staff as needed. Instructs students and/or new employees on the use of specialized equipment to ensure adequate training and improved patient care. Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures that all processes and procedures are maintained to secure and protect all workstations in all work areas.
8. Responds to inquiries, calls, emails in a timely and professional manner. Communicates hand off regarding patient information, workflow issues, equipment concerns and/or pending exams. Engages in equitable distribution of departmental workloads.

Production Technician-25002274 Description Description:The U. S. HyCO division of Linde Gases U. S. (LGUS) is currently seeking a Production Technician for our Hydrogen Production Facility in Sulphur, LA. Under the direction of supervision Production Technician will be required to follow operating procedures.
This position is responsible for safely performing various operational duties in a hydrogen production facility.
Responsibilities and duties at this level typically involve non-routine problems and solutions requiring a greater depth and breadth of technical knowledge.
Under the routine direction of supervision, you will be responsible for a variety of complex operations and duties in a production environment.
Duties will Include:Qualify on both outside and inside operations.
Startup and shutdown of process equipment.
Correctly and safely permitting maintenance work.
Use established procedures and assist in modifying procedures as required.
Monitoring and adjusting equipment and plant process operating parameters.
Correctly performing valve line-ups, preparing equipment for maintenance work including lock-out tag-out.
Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry onsite.
Responsibilities require 12-hour shift rotation (Dupont Shift Pattern), on-call periods and scheduled overtime.
Training of new employees.
Effectively communicating with our customers and suppliers when required.
Communicating plant maintenance needs to management.
Troubleshooting equipment and process abnormalities.
Qualifications Qualifications:HS Diploma: Associates degree preferred or Plant Process Technology degree.
2+ years Production / Operations experience or equivalent industrial experience.
Working extended hours and/or weekends, holidays and call-ins may be required.
