Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market starts at $19.15 hourly. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are not eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees may earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As an Assembler, you will be responsible for gathering the appropriate parts for each shop order, assembling parts and weldments, and performing quality checks to ensure quality final assemblies are being shipped to our end customers. Assemblers are responsible for equipment, tools, and minor maintenance, including proper tool storage and 5S activities at the end of shift.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
* Ability to assemble various products per job instructions, blueprints, and or direction of lead/manager
* Hand dexterity, working knowledge of hand tools, knowledge of basic shop match and ability to read a tape measure
* Must be willing to work in a team environment
* Familiarity with weld, assembly processes, hydraulics, and electrical a plus
* Adherence to all health and safety rules and maintaining good housekeeping and 5S
