Position Focus:
Demonstrating significant independent decision-making, the Associate Registrar will co-manage operations in the Registrar's Office. The Associate Registrar will be responsible for systems management, registration and reporting to support the academic policies and practices of the Yale School of Management (SOM) and of Yale University and will provide back up to the Registrar for all technical functions. Systems management, including but not limited to ongoing support of the Student Information System (SIS) and related applications (Banner, Banner Web), Course Auction (SOM course registration system), external push/pull processes, including enrollment from Course Auction, and all Brio reporting. Tests, troubleshoots, and monitors usage of all registrar-related applications. Evaluates and monitors all system interfaces and resolves issues, as needed. Ensures data integrity and synchronization between interrelated systems and student/faculty applications related to the Registrar's Office. Responsible for registration management, including course setup and maintenance, course registration period, and open add/drop periods. Responsible for preparing a full range of statistical reports and analysis related to student records, course evaluations, enrollments, and faculty. Responsible for communicating with students, faculty and administrative staff concerning academic policies and procedures, including editing academic content on the SOM website and in various databases. Serves as the Veterans Affairs Certifying Official for the School of Management. Ensures institutional compliance with FERPA and other laws and university policies concerning student records. Attends meetings related to policies and systems in use by the Registrar's Office. Attends some required, scheduled events outside of regular working hours.

Primary Function & Position Overview
The Student Enrollment Associate will be an ambassador for Public Prep schools within the neighborhoods of our schools. The Associate is responsible for data entry and updates in ATS, PowerSchool and Schoolmint. He/she also plays a critical role in the onboarding of new Public Prep families by supporting families with submitting all required documentation to enroll and building a robust waitlist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the integrity and operation of all enrollment data in student information systems by:Manage offers on SchoolMintManage families who are in Registration-in-Progress to complete paperwork and submit required documents.Verifying all enrollment documentation (i.e. birth certificates, residency proof, immunizations) and ensure 100% compliance with district requirements.Update and translate Schoolmint communication templates.Collaborating with school-based Operations Coordinators to troubleshoot challenges with student records and support families through the enrollment process in SchoolMint.Host orientations during the summer while schools are on pause.Monitor student enrollment numbers and update data trackers daily. Working with the Director of Data and Technology, support all yearly processes including transfering all new student data from SchoolMint to PowerSchool, rolling over from one school year to another in ATS and dashboard updates.Execute all student information updates in ATS and PowerSchool as needed throughout the school year.Ensure schools are managing withdrawals in ATS and having them properly removed from PowerSchool.

Position Description
The Associate Dean of Students (ADOS) position is integral in building a strong, positive, and joyful school culture. Together with the Dean of Students, the Associate Dean assists in supporting and coaching staff on creating strong classroom environments. The ADOS promotes positive behavior by assisting in the planning of school celebrations and events and gets proximate with students, families, and staff to address behavioral concerns. In addition, they maintain accurate behavioral records and implement systems for improvement as needed. On the whole, the ADOS position works to support and strengthen positive school culture and can serve a strong mentor for students in need.
