9. Customer Service
Customer service is the process of offering assistance to all the current and potential customers -- answering questions, fixing problems, and providing excellent service. The main goal of customer service is to build a strong relationship with the customers so that they keep coming back for more business.

10. Student Conduct
- Conduct and monitor workshops in response to imposed sanctions and topics related to student conduct.
- Facilitate the scheduling and adjudication of all student conduct hearings and college conduct board hearings.
11. Academic Support
Academic support is the assistance granted to students on top of the regular teaching in the classroom.
- Trained new staff on updated policies and procedures in the Academic Support and Career Development Unit.

12. Enrollment Management
Enrollment Management refers to the strategies and procedures many universities and colleges employ to fulfill a variety of enrollment goals. The enrollment goals differ by university, however managing who is enrolled determines how financial aid is distributed and what the price of admissions will be.

13. Residence Life
- Coordinated and administrated Residence Life program of 503 residential student capacity.
- Have had oversight of budget areas in residence life, student activities and orientation ranging from $10,000-$50,000.
14. Colleges
