Support and communicate with operations and training stakeholders by providing critical insight, escalations, data analysis and reporting to meet both internal and client requirements.
Listen to recorded or live call interactions to assess the student employee's adherence to the client's compliance policies and procedures.
Evaluate calls to ensure proper call handling, use of workflows and compliant tool usage.
Analyze product knowledge, problem-solving abilities, communication, and navigational skill set demonstrated by the student and record the findings.
Conduct coaching and feedback sessions based on evaluation results.
Identify quality alerts such as trends, compliance or quality defects and other areas of opportunities based on evaluation data; create a root cause analysis to recommend solutions and best practices for improvement.
Responsible for accurate and timely reporting on a rolling basis; track and maintain key quality metrics, evaluations, and coaching records.
Calibrate and meet regularly to review team performance with operations and training leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy of the evaluation process.
Quality analysts are subject to an audit for development purposes and may assist in the maintenance of service levels by providing phone coverage if necessary.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's or associate degree in a business-related field preferred.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of quality analyst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 1- 2 years of previous customer service; contact / call center environment experience preferred.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Hanford Tank Waste Operations and Closure, LLC (H2C) requires a Subcontractor to support Procurement Quality Assurance (QA) on Vendor processes. This is an individual release created for the performance of a QA supports for fabrication completion activities to include organization, assembly, and completion verification of fabrication lifecycle documentation. The individual performing the work is subject to controls, processes, and procedures established by H2C. H2C requires two (2) Full Time Equivalent (FTE) personnel for placement at Peterson, Inc. Quality Assurance supports have an estimated utilization for a period of 6 months, with an option for extension, as applicable.
This SOW requires subcontractor(s) to perform, provide, or participate in the QA integration of the Peterson business line, to finalize and expedite QVD completion. The individual shall work with Peterson, Inc. to develop QVD for line inspection by H2C and for final submittal to H2C for the Responsible, Cognizant H2C Engineering Personnel and Quality Assurance Engineers.

**_Responsibilities_**
+ Design and execute data conversion strategies for SAP implementations and upgrades, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems into SAP.
+ Utilize SAP data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit to perform data loads and conversions.
+ Develop and maintain technical specifications, data mapping documents, and transformation rules.
+ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather data requirements and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
+ Establish and maintain data quality frameworks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master and transactional data in SAP.
+ Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to identify and resolve data discrepancies before and after migration.
+ Define and monitor data quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Work with business data stewards to correct data quality issues and promote data governance policies and standards.
+ Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical models using SAP technologies like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP Fiori.
+ Translate business needs into technical specifications for reports and ad-hoc queries.
