Job Summary
The Lead Budtender is responsible for leading the dispensary team by setting personal examples that continuously improves all quality, training, and customer experience programs. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of all sales and customer experience goals. Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Post Harvest Technician performs manual labor to assist in the processing of cannabis, including, but not limited to hanging, bucking, drying, destemming, and trimming. Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Ayr Wellness's specifications and patients' expectations. Such quality assurance work shall include but not be limited to:
Recording and monitoring processing conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout process.

Job Summary
The Packaging Technician is responsible for the safe and accurate packaging and labeling of all products. Working within a team environment, the Packaging Technician maintains the chain of integrity of our premium cannabis products from processing to customers and patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs accurate filling, packaging and labeling of all products ensuring compliance with company, local and state policies and procedures and product specifications.
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure the safety and efficacy of all products.
Ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Production Manager/Team Leads are met.
Maintains high level of cleanliness of all packaging equipment, production areas and sanitation practices concerning handling of product according to company procedures; reports any potential contamination to a Team Lead immediately.
Documents line inefficiencies and downtime to identify issues. Works in conjunction with others to resolve them in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance department to ensure that process parameters and quality testing is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all production records, quality records and electronic reporting tools.

Job Summary
The Inventory Manager reports to the Director of Operations and manages inventory systems and performance at Ayr Cultivation and Manufacturing facilities. This position monitors inventory performance, reconciles inventory discrepancies, oversees all inbound manifests and deliveries, and leads employees on inventory practices. The Production Inventory Manager also evaluates historical trends for both new and mature products and developing and maintaining key performance indicators leading to strategic inventory positions is critical to success.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the relationship between inventory tracking system and physical goods in facility.
Performs system transactions such as receiving, shipping, item setup, and adjustments as necessary.
Responsible for overseeing personnel and processes within warehouse and finished goods vault to ensure the completion of day-to-day and weekly tasks.
Responsible for maintaining accurate counts of all inventories by performing cycle counts and system reconciliations on a scheduled basis.
Responsible for the management of all functions for monthly and quarter-end physicals, ensure staff adheres to SOX compliant procedures.
Responsible for ensuring all end-of-month tasks as outlined by central team are completed on-time and ensures all software and tracking systems are prepared for financial reporting.
Responsible for auditing all inventory items have correct costing in inventory tracking system.
Responsible for ensuring data in company inventory tracking system and state inventory tracking system matches.
Audits all finished good items that come from packaging room to vault.
Verifies all quality checks were passed, bar codes function, and quantities on list match physical product.
Responsible for keeping a clean and well-organized warehouse and vault, physical item locations match inventory tracking system.
Responsible for the ensuring all staging of outbound orders as well as material used in production/processing/packing are tracked and moved accordingly in the system.
