Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting Nine Mile Point Generating Station located in Oswego, NY. The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License. Upon completion of training the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise the licensed activities of licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room. They will also be trained to directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators generally. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Attend Initial License Training (ILT) which includes classroom training and examination, along with on-the-job training and evaluation. Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license in order to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor. Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma/GED Meet or exceed one of the following: 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5-years at a noncomparable facility. Comparable is Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) to PWR or Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) to BWR and noncomparable is PWR to BWR or BWR to PWR. 1.5-years or more in a position equivalent to Reactor Operator (or Supervisor) at military reactor (i.e., Power Plant Watch Engineer, Engineering Watch Supervisor, Reactor Operator, Engineering Officer of the Watch, Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor). Must have 1.5-years after qualification. Degree from a 4-year program or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or physical sciences, or professional engineer license, and more than 1.5-years as a qualified non-licensed operator or a supervisor or manager in work control, operations, engineering, outage management, maintenance, radiation protection, chemistry, or accredited training at a comparable (BWR or PWR) facility. Managerial, staff engineer, or supervisor experience at noncomparable plant may be credited on a 1.5:1.0 basis (i.e., over 2.25-years required for noncomparable facility), and 3-years required for a nontraditional degree. Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Inspects, tests, repairs and calibrates instrument systems including reactor and turbine plant control and protective equipment, radiation counting and detecting instrumentation and security equipment. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Tests all types of meters and gauges in the plant. Performs corrective or routine maintenance duties including decontamination, cleaning and replacing components of circuits. Maintains accurate records of instrument calibration and work performed. Installs, tests and maintains all types of relays when used in connection with the most involved control systems and equipment arrangements at major stations on the bulk power system. Tests equipment involving the bulk power system such as large circuit breakers. Tests and maintains the complicated equipment such as supervisory, tone, telemetering and carrier equipment. Reviews and analyzes problems to recommend improvements and modifications in organization, procedures, policies, standards, specifications, methods, processes, and equipment. To be assigned as needed to support decon, housekeeping, painting, calibration or tool room work and other duties as assigned by the Company. Provides training and oversight to other personnel. Performs emergency response duties as assigned. Assists other maintenance and modifications crafts. This position requires the completion of an I&C Technician qualification book. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must have satisfactorily completed an accredited power plant process controls training program OR Possess an associate degree in electrical technology, and have a minimum of 2 years power plant process controls maintenance experience (Trades, Manufacturing, Navy Nuclear) May be subject to certification and recertification with periodic reviews if required by NRC or industry standards. Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of this position. Must pass a validated aptitude test. Must meet requirement of NRC psychological testing regulations. Must satisfactorily complete Plant Access Training and complete the Radiation Safety Training including Respirator Qualifications and maintain unescorted access. This customer-facing role balances technical oversight with client engagement to drive business objectives. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the project development and sales cycle, focusing on building systems, mechanical and engineering design/performance, systems interactions, and utility rates/tariffs. Expand project scopes by integrating Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, and Resiliency offerings beyond traditional measures. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of project opportunities. Provide technical expertise and support during customer presentations led by the Business Development Manager. Coordinate activities related to legal review of documentation and financing procurement. Evaluate utility profiles and facility infrastructure to establish project direction, scope, and financial elements, including development of accurate financial pro formas and technical scopes of work. Conduct initial facility and infrastructure assessments to identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), infrastructure improvements, and corresponding energy, operational, and financial benefits. Lead cross-functional teams through the development of all required project deliverables from initial qualification to contract award. Identify and align appropriate resources to define project scope, develop cost and savings models, and complete all related documentation. Negotiate scope and pricing with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals. Responsibilities: - Event Security: Provide a visible security presence during special events, such as concerts, festivals, conferences, and private functions. - Access Control: Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and authorizing entry as necessary. - Crowd Management: Maintain order and manage crowds to prevent congestion, ensure a smooth flow of movement, and respond to any potential disturbances. - Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the event area to identify and address security risks, suspicious activities, or potential hazards. - Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond effectively to emergencies, such as medical incidents, disturbances, evacuations, or other unforeseen circumstances. - Conflict Resolution: Diplomatically handle conflicts or disagreements, de-escalating situations whenever possible and involving appropriate authorities if necessary. - Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with fellow security personnel, event organizers, and law enforcement agencies to coordinate efforts and ensure a secure environment. - Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting event attendees with directions, information, and other inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor. - Report Writing: Accurately document incidents, security breaches, or any other relevant information in detailed written reports. - Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other security personnel, event staff, and local law enforcement to ensure a unified and coordinated security approach.
