What You'll Do Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.) Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles Where You'll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Norfolk is an inpatient detox and residential facility in Norfolk, VA, area!
