Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Thoroughly explaining aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information. Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per Acura internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints Upgrade knowledge of Acura products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and/or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation. Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business via CDK, Eleads, Automotive Mastermind, etc. Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery. PAY RANGE: $75,000 - $150,000 ANNUALLY (Pay Range Consists of Salary + Commission) Requirements Current and valid Driver's License. Minimum of 2 year of automotive sales experience required. Responsibilities for this position include: Perform work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Mercedes Benz factory and Rallye Mercedes Benz standards. Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend/ perform appropriate repairs Examine vehicles to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to service advisors. Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts. Notify the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised. Clearly and accurately document all work performed. Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate.
