Coordinates meeting schedules for Medical Director and prepares detailed schedule of events. Coordinates and books airline arrangements for traveling physician(s). Responsible for obtaining reimbursement for travel expenses if appropriate and maintains good documentation of all expenses with receipts. Performs other related duties.
