Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise associates in picking merchandise, consolidating orders, packing orders, and shipping packages directly to consumers and retail customers.
* Oversee secondary production functions related to the assigned department, such as returns, return-to-vendor processes, and make-ready/audit functions.
* Implement an optimal staffing mix during assigned shifts for applicable department(s) in partnership with management and the production/wave planning office.
* Monitor warehouse lines to ensure goods flow smoothly within the facility; communicate best practices for conveying goods to associates in the department(s) of responsibility, as well as upstream and downstream departments.
* Maintain accurate records of processed merchandise, packages, shipments, gift packaging, tracking numbers, and associate productivity.
* Prepare daily reports of these metrics for the management team and provide appropriate feedback to associates to support accountability and recognition.
* Maintain high quality and productivity standards in assigned department(s) by providing continuous direction, training, and motivation to hourly associates (extensive time spent on the warehouse floor; this is not a desk job).
* Coach and develop warehouse leads in the daily motivation and support of hourly order processors.
* Ensure on-time order processing and warehouse operations, keeping service level promises to our customers.
* Present problem analyses of operational issues to the inbound/outbound manager on duty (such as dips in productivity) and recommend solutions in a creative and logical manner.Be solution-oriented and routinely make recommendations for continuous improvement within the site.
* Exercise autonomy to make operational decisions on the fly to keep building plans on track and support the business.
* Responsible for assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting, and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies and communications.
* In partnership with the warehouse area, plan and use independent discretion to organize day-to-day operational activities and objectives.
* Communicate appropriately, follow up with, and support associates in a timely manner.
* Leverage various systems in the facility to generate reports, understand trends and potential roadblocks, interpret corrective measures needed, and execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
* Monitor hourly/daily reporting and escalate concerns when necessary.
* Learn, understand, and regularly execute tasks related to the various software programs used to run the facility (e.g., ERP, WMS).
* Follow all established facility safety and security standards; set an example for, coach, and hold hourly associates accountable.Maintain a clean and safe working environment; ensure all equipment is in working order and that associates have the tools they need to be effective.
* Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is preferred or equivalent level of industry experience in lieu of degree.
* 3+ years of previous distribution experience.
* Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
* Proven supervisory skill set; this position leads others, aligns actions and plans with strategies, supports a learning culture, and builds collaborative, motivated teams focused on results.

The Lead Technician position requires your experience and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.
Pay Range: $28.08 - $36.29

Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems
* Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals
* Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training
* Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities
Minimum Qualifications
* Reading, writing and math skills
* Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
* Must have a minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment
* A.S.E. certification in at least 5 (five) of A1-A8 (L1 can be one of the five) is required. (New hires with external similar qualifications/certifications will have up to 2 years of employment to comply)
