**Position Summary**
The Senior Technician position requires your talent and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.
Sign-on bonus of $1,500 (for first-time hires)
Pay Range: $19.40 - $30.66

**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
+ Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
+ Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous _paid_ formal training.
+ Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
+ Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 - A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
+ Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments
+ Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair
+ Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
+ Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
+ Reading, writing and math skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 3 years of automotive repair experience, demonstrated skills via third party assessments/certifications, or completion of Vocational-Technical School Program
+ A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 certification acceptable)

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: **
+ Dismount and mount any type of off-the-road tire including multi-piece rims.
+ Determine repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.
+ Mount and safely inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
+ Operate heavy duty tire service equipment and tools including boom cranes, cribbing, jacks, compressors, electric, and hydraulic equipment.
+ Properly execute required service ticket and other paperwork.
+ Comply with OSHA and MSHA regulations and safety requirements pertaining to this position.
+ Observe and comply with all other safety and liability guidelines and policies, including using protective safety equipment to ensure safe operation of machines as well as manual tools.
+ Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet the service goals of the location and of guests.
+ Properly maintain assigned service vehicle including appearance as well as on board service equipment and tools.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned by management
+ Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting
**Basic Requirements:**
+ Previous relevant OTR commercial tire service experience
+ Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.

As Senior Accounting Coordinator, you will work on site at the Jefferson factory to develop and maintain overall management of inventory control and material accounting systems while ensuring compliance with Nestlé company policies and standards as well as external regulations. In this role, you will ensure data integrity and perform analysis of variance results and losses of inventory.
* Complete inventory compliance activities including cycle counts, assessment of critical ingredients, and verification of timely and accurate consumptions
* Perform inventory variance investigations and resolutions
* Apply understanding of production processes and materials to capture utilization and waste data
* Maintain production data integrity to ensure material master data accuracy and support traceability requirements
* Manage materials accounting budget requirements and monthly closure and reporting activities
* Coordinate, audit and advise on all physical inventory procedures in each respective area to ensure accurate and timely completion per the division standard
* Utilize Microsoft Office products and enterprise resource planning software to perform daily accounting functions
