Drive tractor-trailer tanker to load, deliver, and unload bulk water from various Poland Spring locations. This is a part-time, seasonal position. Shift start times are either 6:30 pm or 8:00 pm, 5-6 days per week, with one weekend day required. These positions are available from summer through fall season for potential full-time positions, based upon business volumes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to developing and maintaining a safe working environment.
Maintain personal safety and the safety of those around them, including all drivers you are sharing the road with.
Comply with all OSHA safety guidelines.
Safely operate a semi-trailer/tractor unit with a gross vehicle weight of 100,000 pounds in the timely loading, delivery, and unloading of bulk water to and from Poland Spring's facilities.
Chalk block drive tires each time you park.
Load and unload water tankers safely following all of Poland Spring's rules and requirements.
Do not walk underneath a tanker. Do not step over a fill hose.

Salary and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 - Based on years of experience
Fiscal year bonus based on productivity

Responsibilities
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
36 clinical hours and 4 hours of admin time
100% outpatient
1:12 call my phone only with an MD
Appropriate clinical documentation through their Athena EMR
Full Support Staff
Directly reports to CMO
Requirements
Compassionate Care
Clear and Active Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Maine
Board Certified in Family Medicine

Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
Safely use and operate a Hoyer lift and other transfer equipment
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient comfort
Offer companionship and encourage patient engagement and independence
Accompany patient and spouse on community outings or errands using their wheelchair-accessible van
Maintain accurate daily documentation and communicate observations to supervising nurse
Qualifications
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)/PSS certificate or CNA preferred
Hoyer lift experience required
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to assist with mobility and provide safe transfers
Compassionate, dependable, and enjoys working with seniors or disabled adults
