The Senior Corporate Counsel will support retirement plan services and products at Ascensus with a focus on the FuturePlan business, a leading national TPA that offers plan design, consulting, administration, and compliance services. This attorney will provide legal counsel to executives and associates and will partner with Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Information Security to identify and mitigate risk while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key job responsibilities include: serving as subject matter expert in relevant areas of law; negotiating and drafting contracts; managing disputes and litigation; and supporting a variety of other day-to-day legal matters. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
