The Custodian plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center.
Essential Functions:
* Clean, Vacuum, and maintain appearance on a daily basis for bathrooms, classrooms, offices, conference rooms, hallways, etc, as individually assigned.
* Clean and Vacuum Hearing Booths and Audiology Treatment rooms
* Empty all garbage daily
* Refill necessary items such as soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
* Refill water coolers
* Wipe down classroom/clinical equipment in necessary rooms such as the PT/OT room, library, playground, classrooms, evaluation rooms, etc.
* Complete recycling tasks daily. Cardboard, paper, etc.
* Ensure all end of the day items are completed, such as turning off televisions, coffee pot burners and lights. Alarm must be activated upon exit.
* Assist with necessary maintenance of grounds and buildings as needed.
* All other duties as requested by your supervisor.

Job Summary:

Essential Functions:

The school nurse is responsible for the general care, welfare and safety of our preschool children and staff as well as maintaining health records and disseminating medical information. Job Summary: The lead registered nurse of school health services is responsible the oversight and management of the school nurse program. The lead registered nurse will provide technical assistance to the agency to implement sound health care plans and practices as determined by regulatory agencies under which BHSC operates.
Essential Functions:
* Oversees the day to day operations of the onsite nursing staff and staff qualifications to ensure that program meets OCFS, Medication Administration standards and regulatory standards under NYSDOH, OSHA, CDC and other regulatory agencies.

* Ensure that the nursing staff is communicating the required HCP information with classroom team(s) as required. Review children's individual HCP's on a quarterly basis.

We have cases available throughout Western New York and services will occur in schools, homes, and/or other community locations. We pay:
$42 per completed 30 minute session
$63 per completed 45 minute session
$84 per completed 60 minute session
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis, and recommendation for therapeutic intervention for young children with communication disorders. In addition, responsibilities include the implementation of an appropriate Speech-Language Pathology treatment program designed to habilitate or rehabilitate the communicatively impaired child.
Essential Functions:
