QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOM APPLICATOR - AGRONOMY LABORER Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely and accurately Ability to operate complex farm machinery and do routine maintenance on the machinery Ability to blend fertilizer and follow labels when blending crop protection products Ability to read maps, follow directions, and operate equipment with computer-assisted operations Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects Excellent hand-eye coordination to operate farm machinery Valid driver's license and a good driving record Having a custom applicator license and a CDL is preferred but not required - we're willing to train!
