1. Phone Calls

BDC makes its profit by buying multiple foreign currencies and selling the same currency at a higher exchange rate. This service plays an important role in the flow of money between nations.

6. Product Knowledge
Product knowledge is the skill of having better information and knowledge about the product you are selling. 13. Labor Relations

On the other hand, findings mean the proper wages, hours of duty, working conditions, safety, and employee protection while at work, grievances, and other related concerns.

14. Scheduling Appointments

Scheduling appointments is important to ensure that the timings of consecutive meetings do not clash with each other.
