Lucid Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst, with Salesforce experience, to join it's Service Analytics team. This role will be crucial in providing accurate and timely reporting to the Service & Customer Care organization at Lucid. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing business reports and dashboards, communicating and presenting insights to the business leadership, and working with systems teams to enhance business system. The candidate should have an aptitude for story telling using data, develop KPIs working with business teams, and comfortable presenting insights as feedback to business leaders.

The RoleWork with multiple stakeholders within Service Organization to understand their business needs, and develop reports and dashboards in SalesforceDeveloping KPI metrics for the teams - gathering requirements, documenting, and presenting metrics via salesforce reports Work with business process owners to develop process & data flows to streamline business processes Communicate actionable business insights to stakeholders in timely manner Manage access permission to salesforce reports and dashboards according to business needs Presenting and communicating business impacts to stakeholders based on your analysis Collaborate with other analysts in the team to maintain the quality and consistency of reporting
Qualifications2+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Data Analyst in Service or Customer Care domain Experience building accurate reports and dashboards in Salesforce is required Degree in Business Analytics or related field of study - minimum of bachelor's degree with business analytics experience Knowledge of how to setup access permissions for report and dashboards Certifications in Salesforce is highly preferred Knowledge and experience in SQL for analytics Experience in building data visualizations in Tableau Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present insights to business leaders#LI-LM1
