Prior to joining C. H, Guenther, Mr. Buckles served as EVP and Chief Operating Officer for Ventura Foods. He led a global organization of 3500 people for the $2.5B company. His responsibilities included Commercial (Sales, Marketing, R&D), Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality), and Ventura’s International Division (sales in over 60 countries). One of his key accomplishments is launching the International Division in 2012 which now represents 8% of the Ventura’s revenue.

Prior to Ventura Food’s, Mr. Buckles worked for PepsiCo where he led the organization for the $1.2B National Restaurant Division. His accomplishments included creating key new items with Taco Bell including the Doritos Loco Taco.

Mr. Buckles worked for The Kellogg Company for 6 years. His experience in the U.S. included building a stronger marketing organization for the Foodservice Division and leading sales for key brands like Eggo and Kashi. He also lived in Copenhagen Denmark as the Managing Director for Kellogg’s Nordic Division.

Mr. Buckles started his career with The Coca-Cola Company and became a Vice President at the age of 35.
